60th night - Tuesday

7:00am (PST) - Zach gets called to the Diary Room. When he gets out of bed, he slams stuff around, making a lot of noise.

10:25am (PST) - Jameka gets up to change the batteries for her microphone. She goes to the bathroom and back to bed.

11:00am (PST) - All houseguests are still sleeping.

11:15am (PST) - Zach gets up and goes to the bathroom, then goes back to bed.

12:00pm (PST) - Big Brother announces, "Good morning, houseguests. It's time to get up for the day."

12:15pm (PST) - Dick is on the patio, smoking a cigarette. Zach comes out to complain about how he was called to the Diary Room at 7am, then goes to the Workout Room to jog on the treadmill. Amber, Eric, and Daniele are still in bed.

12:25pm (PST) - Dick walks by the Workout Room and says, "Run, Forest. Run." He goes to the bathroom to clean out his eye and put eye drops in.

12:45pm (PST) - Dick is awake, laying in his bed. Amber is still in bed, talking to Eric and Jameka. Zack is in the shower.

12:50pm (PST) - Eric gets out of bed and goes to the Kitchen. Jessica, Dick, and Eric talk about how bad the music was this morning. Dick says that Zach knew the song and they bash Zach for a little while. After discussing how much sleep they each got last night, they talk about the numbers that Big Brother announced this morning. Eric says, "It's 80 days..." Dick interrupts and says, "It's easy. It's just math." Jessica says she's not good at math and doesn't have a calculator. Dick laughs and almost chokes on his drink. Eric continues, "It's 80 days, 1,920 hours, and 115,200 minutes."

Jameka and Amber are whispering in the bedroom (with the tall beds). Amber laughs, as Jessica comes in. Jessica goes outside to tan.

12:55pm (PST) - Dick and Eric are still talking about the days in the house. Eric farts, then announces he's going to get some sun today. Zach tells him to remember sunscreen. Dick eats some cereal, saying to Jessica [as she passes by], "I'm still annoyed by the music today.. Someone should die.. I feel gyped." Jessica and Dick wonder if this week will be the double eviction.

1:00pm (PST) - Jessica and Eric are laying out in the backyard. Eric asks Jessica if she's stressed and she responds, "I may have made the wrong decision on who I put up." She tells him she's worried that Dick and Danile won't stick to their word. Before Eric can console her, Dick comes out and asks, "How many days are we here in total?" Eric replies, "Anywhere from seventy-five to ninety-five." Dick and Eric start to talk about whether or not they will have a double eviction week. Dick asks if they've always had double eviction and Eric says, "I don't think so." Dick says, "Whoever picked the song this morning, needs a kick in the balls." Eric says Zach will offer Dick the crack-deal of a lifetime [to keep him here this week]. Dick jokes saying, "Maybe he'll be my personal trainer." Eric says he doesn't think Zach will try to get his vote. He thinks Zach will only go after Dick, Daniele, and Jessica for the votes this week.

In the bathroom, Daniele is brushing her teeth and Jameka is brushing her hair.

1:10pm (PST) - Daniele joins Eric and Jessica in the backyard to tan. They talk about Zach making a lot of noise early this morning. Daniele calls Zach a weirdo. Eric says Zach is highly inconsiderate and totally oblivious to his surroundings. Daniele says the next time Zach goes to bed early, her and Eric should go in there and make a lot of noise, slamming things.

1:15pm (PST) - Daniele, Eric, and Jessica are still tanning, while Dick gets in the pool. Amber and Zach are in the Kitchen. A few minutes later, Zach goes outside to talk to Dick. Big Brother announces, "Zach, please come to the Storage Room." He goes and gets scissors from them for a haircut.

1:25pm (PST) - Jameka cuts Zach's hair in the bathroom. Meanwhile, in the backyard, Daniele gets annoyed with Dick because she tries to explain something and he's not getting it. They start fighting. Daniele says she's glad there's only twenty-one days left and tries to be excited. Dick tells her, "Enjoy while you're here 'cause it's once in a lifetime." Daniele tells him she's entitled to feel the way she feels. He says every conversation goes this way, where he's made to be the jackass. Daniele responds, "Whatever." Dick says, "Blah, blah, blah," then adds, "I dont think you know how shitty you are sometimes." Daniele comes back with, "Oh, my God! You always have to get in the last word."

1:35pm (PST) - Amber has joined Jameka and Zach in the bathroom. Jameka is still cutting Zach's hair.

Eric and Jessica get in the hot tub. She is having second thoughts about her nominations again and starts to cry, saying shes upset because she put two people up that weren't even after her. She really regrets not putting up Dick and Daniele. She says Dick and Daniele don't like her and don't know how she feels, but Amber and Jameka do. Eric hugs Jessica's knees and they go up to the HOH room to talk. Eric says he feels badly because he wasn't open to discussing ALL the possibilities and Jessica responds, "I was trying to take the easy way out." Eric tries to convince her that Amber really doesn't like her that much and Jessica replies, "Yeah, I know. I don't really like her either." Jessica says she's worried when it's Final Four [Jessica, Eric, Dick, and Daniele] that she will be the first to go. Eric tells her not to worry because when that time comes, he will act like an ass so that he's the one to go. He goes on to say that people get upset with him [not Jessica] about the things they do together and tells her that no one has hard feelings against her. He says that Dick and Daniele have been proving that they will keep their word [because they had the chance to put them up last week and didn't]. He thinks they have a strong alliance and doesn't think it would be as strong it if was Amber and Zach instead. He tells her that Amber and Zach, as floaters, ARE dangerous to keep in the game because they might slide through to the end. He points out again, "If Dick or Daniele get HOH next week, they won't come after us. And if they do, we'll go after them." They joke about how they will trash each other if they are the Final Two - Eric says, "She never did dishes!" and Jessica laughs saying, "Oh, Eric. I needed that laugh." He says he could tell last night that something was wrong. They talk about this being the most stressful two months of their lives and how their lives will never be the same after the show. Eric says, "Whether it's because of the money, the friendships, etc.. I will not be going back to the same life. My life will forever change." Jessica agrees. Eric reassures her that everything he's doing is with the best intentions for both of them.

2:05pm (PST) - Eric and Jessica are still talking in the HOH room. He says he completely trusts Jessica, then says he also trusts Jameka, but doesn't think Jameka trusts him. He doesn't think that Jameka realizes that he has always like Jameka better than Dustin or Amber. He thinks he should talk to her so she doesn't think he would turn on her like he did Dustin and Amber. He sincerely wishes Jameka hadn't given up the HOHs. Eric says he feels badly about winning the POV and possibly talking Jessica into something she didn't want to do. Jessica assures him, he didn't. He tells her again that he is proud of her for winning HOH this week. Jessica says she's glad they had this talk. Eric gets under the covers with her and says he's going to squeeze her until she says he's annoying her and she replies, "I'm not annoyed." He tells her when she won her first HOH, he was at his lowest low and her winning really helped him feel better. He says he's going to win HOH this week so that he can do the same for her.

2:30pm (PST) - Jameka finishes Zach hair and he goes to wash it and try the "spikey thing" with his hair.

Eric and Jessica are still talking in the HOH room. Eric asks Jessica if she feels better now and she says she does. She explains she was just mad and worried about having made the wrong decision. Jessica asks Eric if he will put up Jameka if he gets HOH. He says, "I don't know.. We'll have to wait and see." He says whoever stays this week should go next week [referring to Amber and Zach].

2:55pm (PST) - Eric and Jessica are laying together on the HOH bed, but not that close. He tells her about how she has helped him in the game so much, how he'd have gone insane without her, etc. Eric says there's a much greater chance she's playing him than him playing her. They joke about Kansas and their future life. Eric is now sitting up stroking Jessica's hair. He talks about how Jessica is not affectionate and asks if she is usually like that. She says no and he asks if it's the house and she say yes. He also asks if she wants him to stay away and she says, "No," that she likes spending time with him.

3:10pm (PST) - Amber goes to the HOH room to talk to Eric and Jessica. She swears on her daughter's life that she doesn't hold the Dustin thing against them. She says she worked really hard for this and will vote the Final Two based on game skills. Eric says he'll tell Amber on Thursday how he's going to vote. Amber says she would appreciate that. She doesn't want to walk out of the house sobbing. She'd rather know and be ready for it. Amber says she wants a good person to win. Eric says he's going to let the week play out, let everyone say their peace, see how everyone acts this week, and then make his decision. Jessica isn't really saying much, just sitting and listening to Eric and Amber.

3:35pm (PST) - Amber leaves the HOH room. Eric says, "Amber has tried to fuck with me and you on a personal level and talks to Dick and Daniele, but then says she doesnt like them. This is the game that Amber is playing and she has probably already given Dick and Daniele her word." Eric and Jessica weigh out the options of different combinations for Final Four.

3:40pm (PST) - Amber whispers to Jameka everything that Eric just told her about not committing to a vote either way and will let her know on Thursday.

In the HOH room, Eric says he would rather go against Dick and Daniele in the final vote, rather than Amber and Jameka. He bashes Amber again, then says Zach will be coming up to plead his case. Jessica says she's not gonna listen because she's done with Zach. Eric says Amber makes good points and Jessica agrees, but Eric also thinks Zack will make some good points too. Jessica says Amber really wasn't her target, but also told Zack that too. Then she says she isn't sure who her target was this week. Eric says, "We need to send one of their asses home and next week, we need to send the other ass home."

3:45pm (PST) - Amber is still whispering game to Jameka. She talks about the votes and how "a good person deserves to win." Amber tells Jameka she did really good up there and now she needs to talk to Daniele. Jameka agrees, "You need Daniele's vote." Amber says if she leaves, Jameka should get with Eric and Jessica and go three against three with Dick, Daniele, and Zach. Amber says, "God is so proud of me right now for going to talk to them [Jessica and Eric]. After about ten minutes, Jameka leaves Amber alone in the bedroom, where Amber lays down on her bed.

Eric and Jessica are still in the HOH room talking and joking around. Eric notes that it was great that he only slept for two hours the night before the POV and still won. Eric says, "I wanted to ask Amber who makes her the person to decide who is a good person or not." Jessica gets called to the Diary Room.

4:05pm (PST) - Amber is talking to Jameka again. Amber thinks she's going to stay this week. She talks about being close with Dick early in the game and that she's never done anything to Dick or Daniele. Amber talks about Jessica not wanting to break a tie. Then says she has to make sure she has Daniele's vote. Amber says it will be her and Jameka on the block every week and they have to stay strong. The she says, "This game is crazy. I would never do it again. I only watched parts of a couple seasons and had no idea what I was getting into. If I had watched more, I probably would have never done Big Brother. This has scarred me for life and will make me even more of a crier."

4:20pm (PST) - Eric and Daniele are in the Kitchen, talking about problems with their partners. Daniele says, "Even if you came into the game with your best friend, if you spent all your time with them, you would get sick of them. Me and my dad have fun sometimes, but he gets to be too much when he wants to act like my dad." Eric says he's glad to know Daniele is going through the same frustrations. He says when things happen, he can see it coming, but it's usually a runaway train. Daniele says, "You have to blow some things off." Eric agrees, but sometimes he wants to get it out in the open.

Jessica comes out of the Diary Room, then it's Ambers turn. Jessica, Eric, and Daniele talk about tonight's dinner. Daniele speculates that Amber might be lying about having an eight-year-old daughter. Eric says, "It's crossed my mind." Jessica says she never thought of that. Eric says it wouldn't shock him if she didn't.

4:35pm (PST) - Dick is in the shower. Eric, Jessica, and Daniele are having some noodle soup. Zach wakes up and joins them. Jessica and Eric are joking about what to call each other now in the Diary Room. Jessica says Eric should start referring to her as "the love of his life." Eric says only if she does the same. Zach and Daniele joke around with them. Zach asks how Jessica will know if her mom likes Eric. She says she will tell her after the show that Eric's Diary Room's were acceptable and she can continue to date him. They talk about Carol. They finish eating their soup, then Jessica and Eric start to do the dishes. Dick comes in and asks to use Jessica's bathroom, so Amber can do his hair. She says okay, just as long as he doesn't mind her underwear everywhere. Eric asks what kind of underwear she likes. She likes cotton thongs the best. Sometimes lace, but not if it shows through.

4:55pm (PST) - Dick and Amber are in the HOH bathroom. Jessica goes up to the HOH room and watches Amber do Dick's hair. General chit chat. Eric joins them and talks to Jessica, as she arranges her pictures on the wall and cleans the HOH room.

5:15pm (PST) - Lockdown is over. Daniele is in the shower. Dick and Amber are outside on the patio, putting Jameka's hairdryer on Dick. He looks like an alien or someone with a mushroom on their head.

5:30pm (PST) - Jessica and Zach are talking in the HOH room about Jury votes.

Dick and Amber are still talking on the patio. Dick talks about how this could be a double-eviction week. They talk about the vote and not wanting to keep someone who will nominate Dick or Daniele. Amber says she doesn't know who she would put up and she doesn't want to make deals with everyone. Dick says he's not asking for a deal, just telling her what his concern is. He says he told Zach the same thing. Dick says he's not holding the past against anyone, but there are reasons he cannot trust either Amber or Zach. They rehash the Dustin eviction. Dick finally says, "This thing looks really retarded. How can you sit there and have a serious conversation with me with this on my head?" Then he says it's too bad Amber missed Jen's meltdown. He says it was very entertaining. Amber tells Dick if she does leave this week, she won't hold grudges. Dick says things change in this house on a daily basis and he doesnt hold anything against her either.

6:00pm (PST) - In the HOH room, Jessica, Eric, and Jameka are talking. Jessica jokingly yells at Eric for not saving her from Zach. Jessica says she's gonna take a bath and asks him if he wants to join her. Eric asks Jameka if she wants to take a bath with them and she declines. Jameka points out that Jessica is in a good mood.

Dick and Amber are still talking on the patio. He tells her, "There's not all that much time left. There's only six people left." Amber says she still wants to talk to Daniele. Dick says he thinks Zack sold them [Dick and Daniele] out and says he will find out. He wants to talk to her about her New York trip when they get the clearence to talk about it.

6:15pm (PST) - Eric asks Jameka what she thinks about him picking up his life, from the fast life of Manhattan [leaving behind friends, family, etc], to move to Wichita to be with the love of his life. He says he will stay there for a year while "we" finish college. Jameka asks if they will be working and Eric says yes. They joke about Jessica farting in the bathtub. Eric and Jessica negotiate where they will spend holidays, while Jameka mediates. Eric goes downstairs to get the water he was boiling for Jessica's bath, then carefully pours it in the tub. Jessica says, "It's great!" Eric gets in the bathtub with Jessica.

Amber is sitting alone in the backyard, looking sad. In the Kitchen, Daniele is alone cutting up pineapple.

6:50pm (PST) - Zach goes up to the HOH room and tells Jessica and Eric that he took a cold shower because they used all the hot water for their bath. Then he goes and talks to Daniele. He asks her if she thinks a double-eviction week is coming this week. She says she hopes so. Daniele says she's homeless and Zach asks if she can live at Kris' house. She says, "No. Because of his parents." He asks if Kris will be at her apartment all the time when she's out of the house. She pauses and says once she's out of the house, she's going to travel and see what the future holds.

7:00pm (PST) - Eric and Jessica are still in the HOH bathtub, talking about the game. Jessica says, "I just am worried that they are going to go against our agreement." Eric asks, "Why would you not be worried that Amber or Zach would do that?" Jessica replies, "I just don't think they would." Eric says, "I guess that's fine, but I don't trust Zach for shit.. and I don't trust Amber for shit either." Jessica responds, "I know, but I do." Eric says, "Okay. That's fair. Why would you ever trust Amber? She has been totally untrustworthy to you." Jessica asks, "What do you mean by that?" Eric clarifies, "When has she ever, looked out for your best interest, once, in this house, ever? I know that she has tried to tear you down and hurt your relationships. When has she looked out for you, and said something totally honest to you, or helpful to you, in any way?" [Long pause] Jessica answers, "I guess it's maybe.. I guess I don't see her.." Eric adds, "..and Zach has lied to everyone, as has Amber." Jessica says, "I guess I can just see it more." Jessica goes on to say she's the one who nominated them and adds that she's worried she's going to be put up. He tries to convince her they have a greater chance of Zach or Amber putting them up, than Dick or Daniele. Jessica replies, "I guess Dick and Daniele have been talking to me more." Eric says, "Daniele has been really nice to me lately."

7:15pm (PST) - Amber and Jameka are talking in the hammock in the backyard. Amber tells her [that Dick told her] about Dick, Daniele, Eric, and Jessica having a deal. Amber says, "I'm fucked. They're just gonna put us up every week until we're gone."

7:30pm (PST) - Amber and Jameka are still in the hammock rehashing the conversation Amber had with Dick. As usual, she includes the part of the conversation where she promises she won't repeat what they said, "You know I'm not the type to go around repeating things." Amber says, "Jessica is such a fucking liar! Jessica and Eric have to go."

In the HOH room, Jessica is getting dressed and Eric is still in the bathtub, saying he's going to take a shower now.

Daniele has joined Amber in the hammock and Amber says no one wants to be next to her in the Final Two. She says she genuinely tries to win stuff, but she "can't win shit." Amber goes on to say she was holding it against herself for getting along with everyone and that she realized everyone has people that are for them. Daniele says you never know what's going to happen, that everyone has played so personal, and she has been playing only strategic.

8:00pm (PST) - The houseguests had been told by Big Brother that they would bring in dinner and be able to watch the showing of "The Power of 10." Dick gets called into the Diary Room. When he comes out, he tells everyone that their dinner is tomorrow night. He says since nothing is prepared, he will just "throw some pork on the grill." They also have some ground beef.

9:00pm (PST) - Everyone is sitting at the Dining Room table, starting dinner. Big Brother gave them twelve beers [plus they already have twelve beers]. Everyone is more cheerful than they've been in a while, except for Amber. General chit chat at the table, including scouting and extracurricular activities. Jessica tells a story about when she was a Brownie. She says she was standing on a stage [at six years old] and was asked, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" and Jessica had replied, "The first female president." She says her mother's heart swelled with pride and then Jessica added, "...or a waitress." Everyone around the table laughs and Dick embellishes the story, telling it again, "I'd like to be the first female president, or.. maybe a stripper." With that remark, Daniele starts to admonish Dick, "Oh, right.. You think a waitress is the same thing as a stripper." Dick replies, "I didn't say that.. and I don't appreciate you saying that.. or your tone." So now the table's quiet. Awkward!

9:20pm (PST) - After dinner, Daniele and Amber do the dishes, Dick goes out to the patio to smoke, and Jameka goes up to the HOH room to listen to music.

After the dishes are put away, Amber goes up to the HOH room to talk to Jameka and they rehash her conversation with Jessica. Amber states that God is making her stronger through the house and says that Eric needs to go. Jameka tells Amber when she makes it through this week, she'll be stronger than ever. Amber says that she discreetly hinted to Daniele that she wants Eric gone.

Dick finishes his cigarette and goes to the bedroom (with the little beds) to talk to Daniele. He asks why she's been acting shitty toward him all day. She completely ignores him and he asks, "Am I here? Why can't you just talk to me?" She tells him not to hang around with her if she puts him in such a crappy mood. She starts yelling at him and he says, "Can't you speak to me like a normal person instead of being such a snot.." He walks out of room and says to himself, "The answer is no." He goes back out for another cigarette.

9:45pm (PST) - Still in the HOH room, Amber and Jameka think Dick and Daniele will turn on Eric and Jessica and put them up. Jameka says if Eric gets HOH next week Amber and herself will go up. Amber says Eric won't try, because he feels safe with Dick and Daniele. Jameka says the only way he won't try is if Amber is gone. She says something isn't right about the situation. They see Jessica coming so they pretend to be listening to music. Amber says, "Hurry up," [about turning on the CD player] as Jessica walks in. They talk about Dick and Daniele's "fight" at dinner, then just general chit chat. They wonder where Daniele is and talk about the amount of clothes she has. Jameka says Daniele has the most clothes out of everyone. Jessica says it's because she didn't have to fly. Amber asks Jessica what she thinks about how Eric will vote. Jessica says he keeps saying he hasn't decided. She tells them Eric knows Amber IS NOT her target. Jameka asks, "Did you all hear him say 'this week, I will respect the HoH,' as if it's only this week.. or all weeks?"

10:00pm (PST) - Amber, Jameka and Jessica are still talking in the HOH room. Jessica says Eric hasn't spoken to Zach yet. Amber says if Eric keeps Zach over her, he's crazy. Jameka says Eric might just not care, as he is not threatened by either of them. Amber talks about "good people" again and Jessica says he always says that to me, about good people. Amber says he tells her all the time he hates these people and they are good people. Amber admits she's sick of being on the block. Jessica says she will break the tie to keep Amber. Amber says Dick is fighting for Daniele. Dick comes in and says he wants them to come play drinking games. Amber says she's not mad at Jessica and wouldn't put her up, so that's why she was surprised when she was nominated. She says, "I'm not saying Eric is taking advantage of you but, like with Dustin, Eric word's things to always prove points to what he's saying. I hope Eric isn't playing the game through you. I care about you." Amber keeps telling Jessica not to tell Eric anything she says. Amber says if Eric wins HOH, his pictures might be of Sheryl and that's why he doesn't want to win, so Jessica won't see those pictures. She says again that maybe Eric is playing the game through her. She points out that everyone Eric wanted gone, is gone. She repeats this a couple of times, saying Eric hasn't lost anyone - Amber lost Dustin, Dick and Daniele lost Nick, Jessica lost Joe, etc. Amber says anyone Eric felt threatened by is gone. She goes on to say, "I think Eric has a deal with Dick and Daniele. When I talked to Dick, he said the debt's been paid in full. Did Dick make a deal with Eric when he was saved?"

10:15pm (PST) - Amber continues to talk about Sheryl and whether or not she is Eric's girlfriend and brings up what Eric said to Jen. Jessica says she's playing for herself and there are some things Eric doesn't know. Amber talks about how Eric said [earlier in the game], "I don't know if we're together or not [referring to Sheryl]. If we are when I get out of the house, that's fine. If not, then that's fine, too." Jameka brings up Daniele's last HOH and how there were no pictures of her boyfriend. She says the producers won't put it there, if there isn't a reason. Then, she says Eric might have a side deal with Dick and Daniele. Amber asks again about "the debt being paid" and Jessica insists she doesn't know what that means. Jameka says again, "Eric has a side deal." Amber says if she goes home, God help them because Jameka can't play HOH. She says something doesn't add up.

10:30pm (PST) - Jameka and Amber are still trying to convince Jessica to doubt Eric. Amber keeps bringing up Sheryl and says, "Eric keeps talking about her and says that he's worried about what she sees on TV with Jessica." Amber says, "Your goal is Zach this week and if I'm gone, there's your answer about Eric." Amber says Eric has thrown all the HOHs because of Sheryl and will not win one, if he can help it. She says she needs to talk to Daniele about the vote. Amber says she will die if she leaves Thursday. Jameka tells Jessica she needs to talk to Eric about voting Zach out and says Dick and Daniele will put up Jessica and Jameka. Amber points out if she leaves, neither one of them can't compete and that Eric sold them out so the two nominees are Jameka and Jessica. Amber says Eric had to fight to keep the nominations the same because he had a deal with Dick and Daniele. Jessica is still playing dumb. Amber talks about how Eric, by not using the POV, kept the numbers the same so he can play both sides. She says, "I know Eric won't vote to keep me. That's why he won't commit to a vote. I know it. They have a deal." Jessica says, "You talk to Daniele. I will talk to Eric." Amber brings up Sheryl AGAIN and says, "Imagine your parents. They wouldn't want you to be controlled by Eric." Amber says she used to be a "master manipulator" and she knows one, when she sees one. She cares about Jessica and refuses to let her be used by someone like that. Amber talks about the week Eric was nominated and the stuff she brought up [mystery votes, mustard, etc.] and says it's all coming up again. She says Eric is not a good person and knows he's not, so he's scared to be next to a good person in the end. Jameka says Eric wants to take Dick to the Final Two. They talk about why Jessica nominated Amber, saying they knew the whole time Eric was playing her and making her nominate Amber.

10:45pm (PST) - Amber, Jameka, and Jessica are still talking in the HOH room. Amber is convinced she will go home with a 3-1 vote and that it was Eric's plan all along with Dick and Daniele. Dick, Eric, and Zach laugh as Zach goes up to the HOH room to interrupt the three girls. Jessica comes out to the balcony for a minute and Eric says, "We've had eight beers already. Hurry up." Jessica looks like she wants to go down, but goes back in and says she will try to talk to Eric about Zach. Jameka says, "Do you see things in a different perspective now?" Jessica says, "Yes. An outside source is good." They see Eric coming up next and Jessica says she better go down there. Eric opens the door and yells, "Saddle up, bitch! I'm ready to ride!" The girls laugh. He leaves, comes back with Zach, and says it again. [Eric and Zach are obviously tipsy.] After the guys leaves, Amber says, "Zach is too confident. Just like Kail."

Dick, Eric, and Zach are playing Chandelier, or Speed Quarters, and decide they will go upstairs, every third turn, to interrupt. Eric says Dick has to go upstairs, make an obscene gesture, and yell, "Thar she blows!" every third time from Zach.

11:00pm (PST) - Amber goes outside to do laundry and fold clothes to get her bags packed. Inside, everyone else [minus Daniele] are getting ready to play Chandelier.

11:15pm (PST) - The game is all tied up 2-2. Whoever gets the next one, makes the next rule. The girls win it and Jessica says, "What should the rule be?"

In the Workout Room, Jameka and Amber continue talking about Eric. They talk about bringing Daniele in because they need the vote. Amber says, "I know how sick people work because I used to be a sick individual." Jameka responds, "I know," saying thank God she's not like that anymore. The group yells for them to hurry up and Amber says, "We'll talk."

Jameka says the new rule should be to "streak to the pool," but since Dick's daughter's in the house, Dick won't do it. Dick also says he can't go in the pool for three weeks because he just died his hair. Then it goes to Zach, "I can't get naked. Sorry." The girls decide that the guys have to kiss each other "on the lips" and Dick says the girls have to be willing to do the same. The girls change the rule to "on the cheek."

11:30pm (PST) - Eric got his kiss from Dick and says, "Hey, it's supposed to be a kiss. You're not suppose to lick me." Zach gets his kiss from Eric and wipes if off.

12:00am (PST) - Jessica, Amber, Jameka, Eric, Zach, and Dick are still playing Chandelier and they're all a bit tipsy.

1:35am (PST) - Zach tells Jessica, "Eric told me he got the axe last night because you didn't let him stay in the HOH room with you." Jessica becomes suspicious about why the subject came up in discussion and keeps asking Zach for the exact context of the remark. Dick asks, "So, you haven't even kissed?" and Jessica replies, "A kiss takes a couple months."

Dick and Zach go outside and sit on the patio. Dick says, "You better not be bullshitting me. You better not be lying to me," saying he thinks he can get Eric's vote for him to stay. Dick reminds Zach about Amber's three near-misses with both the HOH and POV. Dick says Jessica and Jameka are bigger threats than Eric.

In the bedroom Amber pleads with Daniele for her vote, "I swear I have your best interest at heart. I would take you off the block. I would do whatever I had to do, depending who was next to you. I swear on my daughter's life. You know I never talked bad about you. I was always on your side when everyone wanted you out, instead of Dick. You will see. I can't prove it now, but when you see the tapes..." Amber talks about Zach being their little puppet and that he'll do what they want him to do.

1:55am (PST) - Eric and Jessica are talking and cuddling on the HOH bed. Eric is apologizing for his actions during the drinking games. He denies telling Zach that he "got the axe," even though he really did say it. Eric tells her she was the first girl he's kissed in five years, saying it took a long time because, "It's a big deal for me." He says, "I didn't make the decision lightly." Jessica responds, "Thanks for telling me that. I believe you." Eric says he has no idea what she's thinking about him. He goes on to say he doesn't want to upset or disappoint her and asks, "Why didn't you say something the other night?" Jessica answers, "I forgot about it." Eric says his friends will be shocked because he's usually guarded about things like this. Eric says, "Amber will only be here for two more days." Jessica says she doesn't like Zach, but likes Amber. Eric says he will tell him, "My vote is deciding your fate," so they will have Zach's support. Jessica tells Eric about Amber saying, Dick told her, "all debts have been paid off." Eric casts off the accusation as ridiculous, saying, "Dick lied to Amber. You're reading into it. And they are misdirecting what he said." He laughs at Amber and asks, "You do understand that she's on the block and needs your help?" Jessica worries, "They'll bury us," and Eric laughs again about what Amber's been telling people, "One thing at a time." Eric says, "I believe they [Dick and Daniele] are pumping them [Amber and Jameka] full of shit. Why would they tell Amber and not us? You give Dick and Daniele too much credit. Amber doesn't even like you. She's just trying to save her ass. Why is she being nice to you now?" Then Jameka barges in, "What are you guys doing?"

2:30am (PST) - Dick is in the backyard, standing on the edge of the pool, trying to reach a ball that fell in - And he falls in! Clothes, boots, and all! Big Brother announces, "Dick, please come to the Storage Room to exchange your microphone." Then he goes up to the HOH room to tell everyone about his comical fall. So far tonight, Eric broke a cup, Zach broke a piece off of a chaise, and Dick waterlogged a $4,000 microphone - they're not expecting to ever get that much beer again.

3:00am (PST) - Jessica and Eric are alone again and you can tell Amber and Jameka's talk made an impact on Jessica. She starts questioning Eric, she's honest, but guarded. Eric gets mad that Jessica would want protect someone that's trying to stab him in the back. Jessica goes on with cross-checking everything with Eric. Jessica tells Eric about Amber's accusations [that he's playing her]. She double checks the story Amber gave her about Eric throwing all the HOH Competitions, so that he wouldn't get a picture of his girlfriend and screw-up his showmance with Jessica. Eric starts to get mad at Amber and Jessica gets mad that Eric's upset. Eric explains, "I'm mad that those two fucking bitches [Amber and Jameka] were up here all night telling lies.. and that the three of you lied, when I asked you what you were talking about." Jessica replies, "How do you think this makes me feel.. when I swear to her [Amber] face that I have her back and that we don't have a deal with Dick and Daniele.. and then I promise that I won't tell you what they said.. and the first chance that I get, I tell you everything."

4:00am (PST) - Eric and Jessica are still in the HOH room talking. Eric truly believes that Jessica finds some truth in what Amber said and wants to go with her. Jessica says just because she listens to other people, doesn't mean she believes them. Eric says there's one thing that can get to him at this point and that's when people start bringing "personal" into the game - and especially when they say things about his feelings for her. Eric tells Jessica how much he likes her. They continue to talk in circles. Then Jessica asks if he really sees the four of them [with Dick and Daniele] in the Final Four and he says, "Yeah." They talk about the possibility of Jameka being HOH in the Final Four and how Jessica would need to get the POV. Then they talk about how Eric winning POV will be aired tonight on CBS.

Daniele is in the Kitchen, making Snicker Doodles.

4:50am (PST) - Eric joins Daniele in the Kitchen and they whisper about Amber and the lies she's told. Eric says, "Amber can't keep her story straight with anyone." Daniele sarcastically says, with a big smile on her face, "But she's a good person." Daniele tells Eric that Amber was "totally ripping on him." Daniele laughs about Amber really believing that no one wants to sit next to her in the Final Two and how Amber keeps saying she's sorry that everyone likes her. They trash Amber for a while, bringing up past conversations they've had with her. Eric says, "She's dead to me. She's gone." Daniele says, "She's killing me," then laughs and adds, "I told Amber that everyone just likes her too much." Eric says, "Amber won't talk shit about Jessica, because Jessica will break the tie." It sounds like they're thinking about telling Zach he's out and then saving him. Daniele says she's sick of people attacking personal things and asks if that's every season or just them. Eric says, "Amber is just embarrassing herself," and they discuss the deals Amber is trying to make with Dick and Daniele.

5:00am (PST) - Eric goes back to the HOH room and talks to Jessica about what he just talked about with Daniele. Jessica says Dick and Daniele don't talk to her, which worries her, but she's happy they talk to him. Eric rehashes what Amber has said about getting rid of him and that she makes deals with everyone. He says the best thing to do is to stay with Dick and Daniele. If Dick and Daniele come after them first, they'll group everyone together [that's left] to get rid of them. Amber wakes up and continues to lay in her bed for a while. Eric tells Jessica that Daniele was dying of laughter over Amber thinking she'll win against anyone. He thinks he'd win, over Amber, because he can say he's played a better game. Amber gets out of bed and goes toward the bathroom. Eric and Jessica see that Amber is in the Kitchen with Daniele. Eric thinks Amber is going to try to come upstairs, so he locks the door. While watching the spy screen, Jessica asks Eric if the table gets smaller than that and he says, "Yes. One more time.. and it looks like a card table." Eric continues to talk about his conversation with Daniele.

Amber talks to Daniele in the Kitchen, while Daniele makes cookies. Daniele says she can't sleep at all. They talk about The Power of 10. Daniele wonders if Amber had won a lot of money, would they have shown that to the other houseguests?

5:25am (PST) - Amber and Daniele are still talking in the Kitchen. Daniele says that she's upset she didn't get to see Nick on "The Power of 10. Amber tells her, "If you get HOH this week, maybe you’ll get pictures of Nick. I love you two together.” Daniele replies, “Maybe pictures from the camera. Everything in this game effects life outside the game. I think Kris has probably broken up with me. So, the first person I talk to, when I get out of here, is Lindsey. I don’t know where my stuff will be when I get out of here. Probably at my grandmother’s.” They talk more about Daniele's friend, Lindsey and her life - she's Daniele’s best friend and lives down the street from Daniele’s grandmother. Daniele tells Amber that she may have to go to Minnesota after the show to see her and they giggle. Amber asks Daniele, "What is your type of guy?" Daniele replies, “Not my boyfriend. The Nick type - pretty boy, Abercrombie type.” Daniele talks about how her and Kris constantly fight, especially over money because she makes more than him. Daniele says that she's the type of person that would pick up and move any time, anywhere, but her grandmother is receiving liver transplants and she couldn't leave at this point. She would never forgive herself if something happened and she wasn't there.

Jessica and Eric are still up in the HOH room quizzing each other about the game [events, dates, etc].

6:40am (PST) - Eric tells Jessica that HE was the one who did the mustard on Jen's pillow! Jessica says, “OH, MY GOD! Eric! Oh, my God! I asked you twenty times about this!" Eric tells her that is why he wanted her to know now and he always planned on telling her before he left anyway. She asked him not to tell Dick and Danielle and he says, "I am not gonna tell them, are you nuts?"

Eric is taking credit for having a hand in almost everyone’s departure from the house. Jessica says, “So, you are the mastermind of this season.” Then Eric backtracks a little and says he didn’t have anything to do with Carol leaving, but says Nick and Dustin both left because of him. Jessica says that she will blame Eric this week when Amber leaves. Eric admits he worried about telling Jessica all of this. He’s trying to convince her that he’s done nothing to jeopardize her in the game, while trying to play for himself too. He also tells her how he voted for Kail, when he was supposed to have voted Nick out. Jessica's not sure she likes knowing all this stuff because she’s such a bad liar.

7:00am (PST) - Jessica talks about the banner plane they saw and says, “’Eric is a liar’ WAS true then?” Eric responds, "No. Not entirely…" Jessica says, "Yes, you ARE a liar.” Eric tells her he's very nervous and not sure he should have told Jessica all this information. Jessica tells him she's glad he told her and, “I’m obviously fine with it, so what's the big deal?” Eric says he doesn't regret telling her, he just regrets not telling her sooner. She says she isn't mad at him and then she says jokingly, "I hate you!” and laughs. Eric is hinting about America's Player. He says he doesn't wonder anymore whether he was chosen for the show as the token New York Jewish kid, but now he knows he was chosen to be the real game player - the person to shake things up and make big moves. It really seems like he wants her to know what's really going on with him. He goes on to talk about how genuine his feelings are for her. He doesn't like the fact that they're relationship had to start with lies. [He hasn't actually said he is America's Player.]

7:15am (PST) - Daniele and Amber are in bed.

Jessica and Eric are still talking in the HOH room. Jessica says, “I think it's REALLY funny that it was YOU who did it!.. I just find it funny that you told me NOW.” Eric says, “I don't know why. I just said YES suddenly, well yes I do…” Jessica asks, “Why?” Eric responds, “You know why!” Jessica says, “Yeah, I do, 'cause you are in love with me!” Eric tells her, “My words exactly. Well, that was really hard for me.” Jessica says, “I think I took it pretty well! Dontcha think?” Eric replies, “Yes. You have been great.” They rehash how hard this was for him but that she's glad he told her and they both know ‘WHY’ he did.

Jessica teases Eric, telling him she's going to call him “PV” for “Phantom Voter.” The rest of the house will think it stands for “Power of Veto.” Eric tells her he "really" cares for her and she says, “Me too.” She's now telling a story about when she worked at the radio station. She bumped into an "On-Air" button and sang an entire Tim McGraw song, with the whole building listening over the intercom.

8:00am (PST) - Eric and Jessica are still talking in the HOH bed, mostly pillow talk. Jessica announces she wants to go to sleep and Eric asks if she is going to move to her side of the bed [because she has EVERY time in the past]. She says, "No," and he asks, "Really?" He seems to be pleasantly surprised. He moves a pillow in, to sleep closer. Then he asks for her cheek and gives her a kiss goodnight.

8:35am (PST) - Eric and Jessica are sleeping, along with all the other houseguests.

9:40am (PST) - Dick relaxes in the backyard, while all the other houseguests sleep. He laughs at the golf club and how it reminds him of falling in the pool last night.

10:45am (PST) - All houseguests are sleeping.
