7:55am (PST) - Everyone is still sleeping.
9:30am (PST) - Dick is the only one up, in the kitchen preparing food and talking to himself - he keeps giggling over the events of the last twelve hours and he expects another fun-filled day in the Big Brother house and says, "This is awesome..." Also, he requests "Crazy Bitch" by Buck Cherry for today's wake up song.
10:00am (PST) - Dick is still the only one up so far.11:00am (PST) - Big Brother announces, "Houseguests, it's time to get up for the day."
11:30am (PST) - Zach is in the pool; Jessica is in the bathroom; Jen is outside, trying to be funny, but no one is answering her. She says, "It looks like a good day to tan," and then says she's going to work out. Jen goes into the bathroom. Jessica comes out of the toilet stall, washes her hands [doesn't speak to Jen], then goes into the kitchen and says good morning to Zach. Zach tells Jessica he woke up to good music, put his shorts on, and went running out to the pool, yelling that he was awake. Jen talks from the bathroom, but no one acknowledges her. Dick comes downstairs and says to Jessica, "Good morning, sunshine," and to Jen, "Good Morning, bitch."
12:00pm (PST) - In the kitchen, Jen is eating again.In the backyard, Zach, Dick, and Eric are talking about Jen's penalty nomination - Eric says he wants to know why, if someone eats one bite, is the same as eating all week. Eric wants to know if she continues to eat, will anything else be done. They all say they hate cheaters. They continue to question the rules - they say does that mean Jameka can go after HOH? Can Jen get her other half of the money back, because she wants it? They are upset that she can continue to flaunt the rules, and Big Brother does nothing about it. A penalty nomination isn't that big of a deal, since she was already on the block. They start debating what could happen...[cut] Eric says since she already used the slop pass, does that mean she doesn't have any other consequences? Zach tries to explain his interpretation of the rules, that it says a player would get a penalty nomination, but they want more since she didn't stop eating. Zach starts to say more about the rules...[cut] Zach says, “They have never had anyone so outright.” [cut]
Jen goes outside to the patio and when she starts to comment, Dick tells her she isn't included in the conversation. She says she got a penalty nomination and Eric tells her that isn't good enough. He thinks she should get more than a penalty nomination. Eric thinks Jen is walking around, like she's proud of what she's done. Jen says she is the first to get it. Eric wants to know if there's a sliding scale of what happens, depending on how much someone does. Dick asks if she should be evicted. Eric says that isn't for them to say, but that Big Brother needs to explain it to them. [cut]
12:20pm (PST) - Zach is still complaining about “cheaters.” He says after eight seasons, they should have an idea of what to do. Dick says, “She's leaving, so she doesn't give a fuck.” Zach thinks they have to get confirmation before saying anything and they should probably wait for the others to get back. They all agree.
Jessica, Jameka, and Jen are sunbathing, but no one is talking to her. Jessica asks if Eric was going to sunbathe too and he says, "Maybe later. I have to lose five games of chess to Zach first." Zach tells Dick that he wants Eric to have Jessica and Jameka do cannonballs in the pool to get Jen all wet. Eric says, "That's too subtle. We need to just pick up her chair and dump her, then we'll all get penalty nominations and we can just keep doing it." Zach laughs about Amber and Daniele coming back and asking what they missed. He says, "We should say 'nothing happened. We went to bed at eleven o'clock...oh, by the way...one thing happened.'" Dick tells Zach that they shouldn't "rain on their parade," that they should let the girls tell them what they did first, because they will be excited. The conversation turns to Jen again - they say it is a catch-22 for the producers. It's breaking the rules, and is blatant, but it makes for great television. They decide not to talk about it anymore because they don't want it to ruin their day. They talk about E-Z passes and toll roads. Then, Zach runs, screaming and yelling, and jumps into the pool. Jameka is talking about how hot it is.
1:00pm (PST) - Jen is in the Diary Room. Jessica goes back outside and tells everyone that Jen's picture turned gray. Eric, Zach, Jameka, and Dick run inside, and Jessica starts laughing [the picture didn't change]. They tell her that wasn't funny. Eric jokes and tells her to go back to Kansas. They all go back outside again. [cut]
1:30pm (PST) - Eric can be heard saying, "It is still their show and anything that effects the integrity...” [cut]
1:35pm (PST) - Jen is in the backyard, sunbathing. Dick is in the pool. Jameka is on the patio, praying. Jessica is in the kitchen talking to Zach about Jameka or Jen going home. Jessica says she thinks everyone is voting Jen out. Jen goes inside and Zach leaves. Eric goes to the kitchen and talks to Jessica. He says he needs to go to the Diary Room, because he has more questions. He says Jameka believes in the rules, but she needs to do something. They talk about after the live vote, the restrictions being lifted. Eric asks if Big Brother is going to brief Daniele and Amber [about the Jen situation], or if they even have to. They are still not sure when they'll be back. They joke about the plane crashing into the CBS building and they are in the hospital. [cut] Jen comes into the kitch and tells Eric she's going to vote for Daniele or Dick in the end, because they have played everyone all summer. Eric tells her, “Shut up and stop threatening them. No one cares. She is entitled to her vote.”
2:20pm (PST) - Jen keeps eating, and walking around, but everyone is ignoring her. Dick walks by her as she goes to the Diary Room, goes into the kitchen and says to Zach, Jessica, and Eric, "She needs to just leave." Eric says, "She is a poor loser." They say that Jameka should start eating, since she's already on the block. Someone says that she takes the rules seriously and won't stoop to that level. Dick agrees. He says, "Before she started this entire episode, she read the rulebook." Dick starts to say what he found in the book...[cut] They all go out to the pool and Jen is alone in the Workout Room.
3:30pm (PST) - Dick goes upstairs to the HOH room to sleep; Jameka is outside, eating slop; Jessica is outside laying down, thinking; Zach is in the shower; Eric is in the bathroom; and Jen is laying on the hammock. Everyone is very quiet.
3:45pm (PST) - Jessica goes in to take a nap. Jameka is still eating slop and visibly thinking. Jen gets off the hammock, walks up to Jameka [who is alone] and acts like she's going to say something, but Jameka looks away and Jen veers off to go inside and wash out her bowl. Zach is out of the shower getting dressed, brushing his teeth, and picking at his face. Jen wanders around the house.
3:50pm (PST) - Eric goes outside and says to Jameka, "Can you believe this place? Its unreal.” Then they discuss sunglasses. Eric says that he looks retarded in them. Jameka goes to lay on a chaise; Eric goes inside and chats with Zach about naptime.
Jessica is still napping; Dick is in the HOH bed; Eric is in his tiny bed; Jameka is laying on a chaise, in the shade; Zach looks like he's heading to his bed. [cut]
3:55pm (PST) - Jen gets called to the Diary Room.
4:20pm (PST) - Jameka is resting in the backyard; Eric sleeping in the small bedroom; Jessica is still sleeping; Dick is still sleeping in the HOH bed. No one is talking anywhere in the house.
4:30pm (PST) - Jameka gets called to the Diary Room. Zach, Dick, Jessica, and Eric are still sleeping in different parts of the house. Jen is lying face-down in the hammock, sunbathing.4:50pm (PST) - Zach gets called to the Diary Room - Big Brother had to call him twice because he didn't wake up the first time. Zach doesn't seem very happy about being woken up. Everyone else is still sleeping.
5:15pm (PST) - Eric gets called to the Diary Room. Everyone else is still sleeping.
5:20pm (PST) - Zach tells Jameka he will be voting to keep her. He says he won’t vote for Jen, because he doesn’t like cheaters. He also tells her that Jessica let him out of his promise to keep Dustin last week. He says he respects Jameka for doing what she's done because she gave up a lot in the POV challenge. He says to see Jen trash the game like she has, with her behavior and breaking the rules, is upsetting to him. He says he just wanted Jameka to know that he's definitely voting to keep her. [Jameka doesn’t say much - she just keeps looking down.] Then Zach walks off to clean the grill. When Zach is done, Jameka tells him, "Thanks." Zach reiterates that he doesn’t like what Jen is doing. Jameka mentions that maybe it's strategy and Zach says he doesn’t know. Zach keeps repeating that he doesn’t respect people who break the rules. Jameka is not really saying much. Zach says, "Daniele's done an incredible job winning competitions. She's amazing."
6:00pm (PST) - Jen is eating again; Zach cleaned up the kitchen; Eric, Jameka, and Jessica are talking - general chit chat.
6:30pm (PST) - Jameka and Dick are talking in the backyard. Dick tells Jameka that Jen found a loophole in the Big Brother Rulebook and they took away her penalty nomination, because they are giving her a penalty vote now. They discuss how she's threatening everyone that she isn’t going to vote for them in the end and they say she's just mad because she's getting backdoored. Jameka wonders about the penalty vote and Dick says, "The vote will be 6-0, and not 5-0, because of the penalty vote."
7:20pm (PST) - Jen just finished eating - no one is paying any attention to her and she's not trying to join in. She goes to the Food Storage Room and looks in the fridge.
Jameka is having some slop, while Dick and Eric do dishes. Eric suggests that it's time for Jessica and himself to have a solitaire dinner at the new, smaller table. He says, "You're cooking, right Jessica?" Dick starts to criticize Jen for "not giving a shit," while the rest of the houseguests are trying to "keep the integrity of the game." Jen tells Dick that everyone in the house is intimidated by him and won't stand up to him. Dick leaves. No one else in the kitchen speaks to Jen - she just stands across the bar from Jessica and Jameka. Eric is cooking penne pasta and meatballs, while Jessica and Zach are talking about going clubbing tonight. Jameka and Jessica both say they're more curious about where Amber and Daniele went, than they are about wanting them back. They say they want them to come back and tell them where they are, then they can go back.
7:30pm (PST) - Jameka mentions it's twenty-four hours since Amber and Daniele
left and she's anxious to hear about what they did and where they went. Dick and Zach are now speculating as to Daniele's whereabouts, and Jessica and Eric offer their opinions, too. Jen is just eating and eating. No one is really saying anything to her except Dick, who laid into her on a large - but typical - Dick scale. He tells her that no one likes her or wants her around to see her eat. He says, "It's rude!" Then he tells her off again and leaves. Everyone else ignores Jen.7:40pm (PST) - Eric says, out of nowhere, "Did anyone else think it was odd that Amber wanted to hold Dustin's penis, while he peed?" They all agree that it was odd. The pasta is ready. Zach, who is in the Living room, tells everyone he already ate and that's too many carbs. Dick asks, "You doing Atkins?" and they discuss the Atkins Diet, other fad diets, and doctors. Zach goes to the Food Storage Room and takes a bottle of non-diet soda. Jen, who had left, returns to get her water, then leaves again. Jameka says she hates hearing doors open and close because she's anticipating the girl's return. Jessica tells everyone that she reported in the Diary Room that they went to a landfill. Everyone laughs.
7:50pm (PST) - They all speculate the girls went to New York, probably for Primetime Live. Dinner is served. Eric makes no promises that it will be edible. They say they miss not having the lazy-susan. Jessica jokes, "Suzie got evicted." She makes a point of asking Jameka to join them. She sits in the middle, away from the rest, so that her "hands cannot grab either plate." Eric had put a "J" and an "E" on two of the meatballs - says they didn't come out too well. Jessica asks, "Would you hand me the 'E' please?" Eric jokingly suggests they be distant to the girls, when they return, and eventually reveal that they have reformed a five-way alliance among themselves, because they're jealous of their night out.
9:00pm (PST) - Jessica, Jameka, Dick, and Eric are standing and/or sitting around the Breakfast bar. Zach is sitting quietly at the Dining Room table, eating ice cream. Jen is nowhere in sight. Everyone is still waiting for Amber and Daniele to get back from their "mystery trip" - only general chit chat [and they have alcohol]. They make fun of Jen a little bit and say they can't wait to tell Daniele and Amber what happened last night. Jessica breaks into song [one that she made up]. Eric tells her how beautiful it is and that she has to repeat it for everyone else. 
She starts again, "Hey ya'll. It's Jessica from BB8. Check out my new hit single...[singing]I love the sun and the sun loves me - I love slop in my tummy - They thought I was another Holly - Eric never gets to play in POV..that's all I've got right now." Everyone jokes about the song. Jameka, Dick, Jessica, and Eric talk about how she could improve her song. Dick suggests, "They thought I was another Holly - My boobies are smarter than Holly." Everyone laughs.9:30pm (PST) - Jen is outside doing laundry, alone, and no one is talking to her. Eric suggests having a break-down in the song and have Jameka do a rap for it. Over the loudspeaker, "Please, stop singing."
They all laugh and general chit chat follows. They all start playing a game about using each letter from a person's name and using a word that means something about that person. Jessica, Zach, and Jameka are sitting at the Breakfast bar; Dick and Eric are standing on the other side of the bar. They talk about the other houseguests that have been evicted. Eric says, "I still can't believe the night that Dustin tried to argue with me about whether or not the letter 'C' was a real letter in the alphabet." Jessica mentions she went to check the thermostat earlier and it said 62 degrees on it. They all think it's because of the lights in the house. Eric says, "If you use the top sheet, you wake up freezing. If you use the quilt, you wake up sweating. There is no in between." General chit chat continues like this. Jameka wanders off to the bathroom - she puts on lotion and goes back to the Breakfast bar. Eric jokes with Jessica about how she tried to "push him off the bar" earlier in the game. Jessica says, "Would you consider this to be a fatal attraction?" Eric responds, "Yes. I would." They all laugh.9:45pm (PST) - Dick is outside smoking; Eric, Jessica, Jameka, and Zach are still in the kitchen, talking - about Marcelas now. They talk about other seasons of Big Brother and then conversation goes back to Dustin and the strategy he was trying to use. The conversation changes to baseball, then Canada. (Talk about Eric's penis has come up several times during the course of this conversation.) They all talk AGAIN about Jen burning herself on Dick's cigarette and his lighter. Eric says the sparks [from the lighter] was the funniest thing. They talk about the competition where they had to drink the gross combinations. Jessica says that there was five seconds left [when it was her turn] and she started puking and twenty seconds later they said to her, "Okay. Time." Everyone laughs. They are quiet for a minute and Dick says, "Where did Jameka go?"
10:00pm (PST) - Eric, Jessica, Dick, and Zach are still sitting at the Breakfast bar. They are talking in pairs now - Eric and Jessica are whispering and giggling - Dick and Zach are talking (it's hard to understand them). Eric de-lints Jessica's shirt and tells her she should do the front herself. They do other houseguest impersonations. They AGAIN rehash Jen burning herself on Dick's lighter last night. General chit chat continues.
10:15pm (PST) - Everyone wonders if Jameka went to bed this early, because she hasn't come back yet. Jen comes through and goes to the bathroom. The group continues to joke and laugh.
10:25pm (PST) - Jen comes out of the bathroom and goes out of sight - no one acknowledges her. Dick and Eric play football with the quarter on the Breakfast bar; Jessica and Zach are sitting at the bar, watching. The four start talking about The Bachelor and different people that have been on that show.10:30pm (PST) - The kitchen crew is still alive and they are talking about The Apprentice and all the seasons - Eric lists all the winners of each season for everyone. Eric continues to prove himself to be a "Reality show scholar," as he can list the stats of every show that is talked about - Survivor, The Bachelor, The Apprentice, Pirate Master, The Amazing Race, Dancing with the Stars, and a couple others.
10:45pm (PST) - Dick, Jessica, and Zach talk about how important it is that they keep track of the one quarter that they have. Dick says, "How many hours of enjoyment have we had with this one quarter?" Jessica says, "A lot. We're gonna need it for the next thirty-nine days." Eric comes back from the bathroom. Still just general chit chat. They talk AGAIN about where Amber and Daniele are and what is taking so long. Dick leaves the room. Eric says something about how they only got three beers and a bottle of wine tonight. He says to Big Brother, "Aren't you gonna give us any more?"
10:55pm (PST) - Jameka is up and about again and joins the crew in the kitchen. Eric wedges Jen's bedroom door shut, so she can't get out. They joke and laugh and talk about Jen.[cut]
11:00pm (PST) - Big Brother steps in and forces the houseguests to remove the wedge from Jen's door. [cut] Eric and Dick destroy the cake that was in the fridge. The houseguests faces were on the cake and they were messing up different pictures. Dick goes to throw the cake away in the Food Storage Room and Zach runs over and puts the wedge under the door. Dick turns around and looks at the door and laughs. He just pushs the door a little hard and the wedge comes out. They all laugh about it.
11:15pm (PST) - Zach and Eric play a "smacking hand" game where they each hold the other's [left] hand and then slap the back of the other's hand, taking turns, until someone pulls away. After a couple rounds, Zach points out that Eric's hand is bleeding. Jessica squeals, "Stop doing that, then!" They go a couple more rounds, then stop. General chit chat follows. Jen comes into the kitchen and no one talks to her. More chit chat.
Dick goes outside to smoke and Zach follows. Dick says, "Did you get a load of that scank without makeup? Oh dude. Yuck!" They bash Jen for a little while, then say it's too bad they couldn't wedge her in the bedroom. They say they wouldn't have left her in there for that long. Dick says again how ugly Jen is without her makeup. [Dick hid her makeup in the HOH room last night.]
11:30pm (PST) - Zach and Dick are trying to figure out the sequence of events from last night and how Jen dug her hole. Zach says he doesn't understand why Jen would do that to Dick, because Daniele was the one that put her on the block. He says, "...unless she's psycho." Dick says that she is, but she probably associates Daniele and himself as one and Daniele wasn't here. Zach says, "Maybe since she knew she was being backdoored, she just wanted to have a little fun." They talk strategy for a couple minutes and then about Jameka's move in the POV Competition [losing five HOH's]. They both agree that neither one of them would do that "in a million years." Zach and Dick talk about how nice it will be when Jen's gone. They talk about Daniele for a while - Dick says he enjoys her sometimes and other times all she does is whine - Zach says he thinks that Daniele is a "very mature 21-year-old."
11:45pm (PST) - Eric and Jessica are still sitting at the Breakfast bar and they are talking and laughing. [Daniele and Amber are giggling on the other side of the Diary room door.] Jen says, "I can hear them on the other side of the door." Eric and Jessica ignore her. Jen goes over to the Breakfast bar, where Eric and Jessica are sitting, and starts to chop some vegetables on the bar; Eric and Jessica start whispering in front of Jen (you can tell they are annoyed with her chopping).
11:52pm (PST) - Daniele and Amber come back into the house and they tell everyone that they are not allowed to talk about what they did. Daniele says they were going to make up a lie about what they did, but Big Brother told them that they "were not allowed to tell anyone" because the other houseguests will find out in a couple days. They say they ate so much candy on the plane that the stewardess gave them a look like "Oh, my God!" Dick and Zach come in and they all decide to go outside to talk. Jen goes outside with everyone and Dick tells her that he does not want her to be a part of the conversation. Dick says that Jen is not getting a penalty nomination, but a penalty vote, because otherwise it would effect the game. [cut]
12:00am (PST) - So since the girls couldn't tell their news, Eric and Dick told their news about Jen. Amber asks Jen, "So you decided to eat?" Jen tells Amber that she had asked production if she could destroy Dick's cigarettes and they said "yes," so she ruined a carton of Dick's cigarettes and hid the other three other cartons. In retaliation, Dick hid all of Jen's clothes. Big Brother gave back three cartons to Dick and told him they'd replace the fourth, but they won't assist Jen in getting back her property. Jen says she started eating because if Big Brother wasn't going to follow the rules, neither was she. In telling her side of the story, Jen revealed that since she now claims that she doesn't want to go to sequester, she tried to re-negotiate her contract to see what she could get out of CBS, if they really want her to stay.
12:45am (PST) - Amber joins Eric and Jessica outside. Jen bashes the Big Brother producers, CBS, and the fans. Eric gets angry and tells her, "Shut the fuck up! Thirty-five thousand people tried out for this and you are here!" Jen says, "So where are the thirty-five thousand people that aren't here?" Inside, Dick tries to get information out of Daniele. .jpg)
Outside Amber and Jen go at it, with Amber yelling at her for reading the rulebook now and ruining the integrity of the show. Eric says, "You didn't read whole book, just food..." Dick comes out and calls her a stupid liar. Eric tells Jessica he's sorry for interrupting their argument when Jen yelled at Jessica. Amber tells Jen she's mad at her for being the way she was with Jameka and not thinking. Daniele says she asked the producers if anything happened in house yesterday...[cut] .jpg)
Jen says she has NEVER talked bad about anyone and that everyone just blames her because they "just don't get to know her." Amber gets mad that Jen is not going to sequester, saying "Big Brother shouldn't have to bribe you to go to sequester." Jen tells Amber she has a life and she doesn't have time to sit on a beach. Jen says she's missing her life and this show is a waste and might have ruined her life. Amber tells Jen she ruining the entire show. Jen goes on again about the pre-house cigarette story [where, supposedly, she asked if she could destroy cigarettes].12:50am (PST) - Eric, Jessica, and Jen are talking - Eric is saying he's had enough of Jen, "I cant help it anymore." Jen pleads her case to Jessica and tries to be nice to her. Jessica tells Eric she doesn't like everyone just "ripping peoples heads off." Eric talks about Jen only caring about herself. Jessica says the producers told her to put Jen in her in place, then leave her alone and that's why she's acting the way she is [not really talking to her].
12:55am (PST) - Jen tells Jessica and Eric the story about her getting burnt. Jessica tells Eric, "I just would not like to be bashed that way." Jessica tells Dick how she feels, then she goes outside to talk to Amber about the plane to New York City. Jen says, "I" wish I had gone." Inside, Daniele says to Dick, "This all is too much." Jessica goes back inside, where she tells Dick he's one of a kind.
1:40am (PST) - Eric comes out of the diary room and goes to the bathroom and talks to Jameka. He tells her, "I'm one hundred percent, from the bottom of my heart, voting out Jen this week." He tells her to relax and not to worry because there is no chance she's leaving this week. He says she has the votes from him, Amber, and Jessica for sure and tells her he thinks it will be a 6-0 vote [with the penalty vote]. He assures her of how he loves having her in the house, and how much he likes her and appreciates her keeping him from a few weeks ago.
2:25am (PST) - Daniele tells Dick to take Jen's stuff out of the HOH room, because she doesn't want to be a part of his issue with Jen. She says Jen is bothering her about the stuff. Dick says she should just curse her out and tell her to wait until tomorrow night. Dick and Daniele talk about how Jen follows everyone around. Daniele hopes America sees Jen for who she is and Dick says, "What other side could they see?" Daniele starts to talk about her "mystery trip" and tells Dick that Big Brother let them get out of the limo and walk, but as soon as they got in the studio they blindfold...[cut]
2:30am (PST) - Dick tells Daniele that he thinks Amber should tell Jen to give her back her pants. They say they're mad at Amber and Dustin for wearing their clothes. Daniele says she just can't say no, "I'm not that kind of person." Daniele tells Dick that she's being more open about her Diary Room sessions. Dick says something about Jameka with the producers...[cut] Dick tells Daniele about some of the houseguest's ideas of where Daniele and Amber went. Daniele says she hopes the game is not harder, after being out of house. Dick tells her, "Jessica is so sick of Zack." Daniele responds, "I am, too," and Dick adds, "Zack is driving me crazy." He talks about how Zack has wild ideas that he tosses out and he [Zack] says they are greatest ideas. Then Dick says, "I think he's a big threat." Daniele says it makes her mad that Zack always thinks he's right, "Zack is just very annoying."
Dick tells her he will get Jen's clothes tomorrow and hide them, scattered around the house - behind the giraffe [in the backyard], in the grill, under the grill, behind the washer, and in the pool box. Daniele says she has no idea of what to write in her Blog, or even what she's allowed to write.
3:20am (PST) - Eric and Jessica are in bed, having their usual late-night whispers. Eric asks what the chances are for a first kiss and Jessica dodges him. He says, "Six point five percent." They discuss which houseguests they will invite to their wedding. Jessica pulls on Eric's nipple rings. Eric says, "First kiss is on the horizon," and Jessica dodges him again, saying "maybe." They rehearse an interview with Julie Chen on the matter. Jessica says, "Maybe, just maybe, there was magic in the air between me and Eric." Having some fun, Eric gives her more answers to potential love questions and she goes right along with him. Dick comes in, looking for a bed and the three of them talk for a moment, then he leaves. Eric tells Jessica he has a new plan - he's going to start pulling the covers up over their heads to make Jessica nervous, thinking that a kiss is coming. He does so and says, "See? Nobody can see us right now." Jessica appears to be nervous, but in a fun way, and then hugs her new Woobie.Daniele, Jameka, and Amber are talking on the bathroom couch and Daniele says she has to go to bed soon, then wanders off. As soon as she leaves, Amber and Jameka talk about HOH and nomination scenarios [Amber is talking in terms of her winning HOH]. They talk about the mistake of not getting Dick out when they had the chance. Jameka says, "It's all about ratings for the Big Brother staff. They did it with Nick...with Eric...and with Dick."
4:05am (PST) - Eric and Jessica are still talking in Jessica's bed - Eric thinks they may have become very popular with the feedsters. He makes his point with, "If Amber, Jameka, and Dick were in the backyard and we were in here, which feed would you watch?" She teases him, by again pulling at his nipple rings, promoting him to wonder if she has a sadistic streak to her.

Dick comes through again with a ball gown that he found in the bedroom (with the round beds). They all laugh and Dick leaves the room saying to Daniele, "You want to talk? Okay."Dick and Daniele go up to the HOH room to talk and they begin to fight. Dick says they need outside help, saying "We can't seem to get together on our own." Dick tells Daniele that she tells him what he can and cannot do - and he doesn't like it.
Daniele says, "No. I'm saying what I don't appreciate that you're doing." Tempers and voices escalate. Daniele insists that she wants to go to bed [for the third time] and Dick leaves the room and goes outside to smoke. Daniele goes into the HOH bathroom stall and cries.Jameka and Amber are still in the bathroom talking about scenarios - Jameka asks which pair Amber would want gone. She can't decide - or won't say. Her plan, if HOH, is to put up Eric and Jessica and then take one of them off and put up Dick.

Jameka says that Amber giving her word to Daniele will play an important role down the road. Amber agrees, saying that Daniele really trusts her and that gives Daniele a comfort level. Amber [talking like she's already won the next HOH and POV] says she will put Eric and Jessica up on the block, then take Jessica off and put up Dick as the replacement nomination. Amber says that Eric needs to go, but regardless, one of the four - Jessica, Eric, Dick, and Daniele Alliance - will be gone. Amber is also mad at Jessica because she holds her responsible for Dustin leaving. Suddenly now Amber is saying that she would keep the nominations the same. Amber bashes Jessica because "she flies under the radar, doesn't do anything around the house, gets along with everyone, and drinks with the boys." Amber tells Jameka she will continue to pass along information from Dick/Daniele's side of the house to Jameka, to warn her if anything is going on. Jameka says she will do the same from Jessica/Eric's side of the house.
5:25am (PST) - Jameka and Amber continue talking in the bathroom. Jameka comments that her target would be Zach and Dick. Amber says she doesn't understand that, saying Daniele could win the POV and save Dick. She tells Jameka that she needs to consider that. Dick comes in to use the bathroom. He says he can't sleep and is surprised they are still up. Amber says she's about to go to bed. Dick goes back outside. Amber says, "Eric is more capable of fucking with people's heads and putting things into their thoughts, while Daniele is more of a competitor." Amber suggests putting Jessica and Eric up, and if someone uses the POV, putting Zach up. Then says, "But then Zach would go home and that would be a waste." Amber and Jameka continue to talk about this.5:40am (PST) - Jameka and Amber finally go to bed. Jen is in bed, tossing and turning. Jessica and Eric are in their own beds, sleeping. Dick is still up and moving around the house.
6:25am (PST) - Everyone is sleeping.
