39th night - Tuesday

11:05am (PST) - Dick and Kail are out on the patio and they’re speculating on the votes and if it was Eric both times. They wonder if it was Dustin and Eric and if they are in fact talking to each other about the votes.

11:35am (PST) - (Jen, Dick, and Daniele ??) are talking about POV and how they don't understand why Dustin just backed out and didn't do anything for the POV. Then they talk about Jameka and why she would give up five HOHs but not wear the bunny suit. They say it doesn't make sense. They start talking about POV again.

11:40am (PST) - Dick, Daniele, Jen, Kail, and Zach are in the kitchen talking about banner planes and previous seasons. Daniele says that they used to let them just see them - they wouldn't do lock downs. Jen says, "It's funny that they still try when people know they get put in a lockdown when a banner plane is there." Dick says that Eric must have been in the Diary Room screaming and yelling. Daniele says it doesn't make sense to her. Jen asks how long it takes to do that and Dick and Daniele both say "no time at all." Jen says, "I never got a banner plane when I was nominated." Daniele says, "That is because they knew the plan." Jen says, “Oh yeah I know I was just kidding.” It gets quiet again and then general chitchat. Zach was called to the Food Storage Room where Big Brother left him some Advil. He returns to say they left it for him causing Daniele to laugh saying it was all for him. Daniele thinks he looks like a Pharaoh with his bunny ears/hat. Dick has left to nap and they discuss what the CBS website is putting up as the main picture each week and Jen mentions they have a poll on who is the favorite. It’s just the four bunnies up and everyone else asleep.

12:30pm (PST) - Jen goes to the bathroom and Dustin gets up. Jen tells him they are on an indoor lockdown. Dustin asks why and Jen says, “Yea, banner." Meanwhile, Daniele is still whispering very softly to Kail and Jen joins them again. Daniele says, “I definitely think it's something you should bring up.” Jen suggests they go to the HOH room.

1:40pm (PST) - Daniele, Kail, and Jen are still in the HOH room. They talk about Eric and Dustin and how the votes have been. They think that Dustin did it one week and Eric did it the other week. Kail says that she has never caught Eric in a lie that she can remember. Daniele tells her Eric said something really mean about her then tells Kail repeatedly to not tell him or anyone that she (Daniele) told her this. Daniele goes on to say that Eric said he wanted to keep Kail and get rid of her next week, so she'd be stuck in sequester and not be able to see her family. Someone says, "Oooohhhhh." Not long after that, one of the cameramen in the walls sneezed and they say, "Bless you," and laugh. Kail talks about how she thinks Dustin will end up voting to keep her in the game. She says that she thinks Dustin wants her to be frazzled this week because she wasn't last week and that got him in trouble. She says that she thinks Dustin will flip and vote to keep her. Kail laughs and says she believes everything she is told until she confirms it with someone else. Over the loudspeaker, "Jessica, please go to the Diary Room." Dick and Dustin are still sleeping.

1:50pm - 2:00pm (PST) - Jen, Daniele, and Kail are still in the HOH room. Jen is talking about how their schedules are messed up because they stay up all night long. Jen says it's kind of good because it's so hot outside and they all remark that it wouldn't be good especially because they have those hot bunny suits on. Daniele is excited about being able to take HOH pictures tomorrow. They start talking about the croquet game they got and how Daniele says her Dad thinks it is for HOH Thursday. They talk about how certain people haven't practiced so they think it will be to their advantage. Kail says that the four of them play their hearts out for the competitions and the other side is skating by. Daniele says that she feels she is the only person trying for the competitions and that Jessica and Eric had been feeling the safest so they haven't been trying. Jen says, “Maybe that's why Dustin wants Eric to stay is because he'd still be a target." Daniele says that's not the case and that if Eric stayed and he and Dustin were on the block, she thinks Eric would still go home because he's the better player. Daniele and Jen tell Kail that she would probably have a better chance at getting Jameka's vote if she hadn't picked her name for veto. Dick is up and has joined them in the HOH room. Dick says that it needs to be pointed out that Eric has deals with everyone. Jen says that it has. Dick says yes but not in front of everyone. Jen says that Jessica told her that she doesn't have a deal with Eric - that she just hangs out with him and is friends with him. Dick says that he was thinking about her and that she is sweet and innocent. Jen says that she knows she is fine either way with whoever leaves this week. Dick says that they need to talk to Jameka. Dick says, "I kept saying it, I kept saying it." Over the loudspeaker, "Dustin, please go to the Diary Room." Jen says that is funny that they are calling people to the Diary Room "who have been sleeping all day."

2:05pm - 2:20pm (PST) - Kail tells Dick about what she has explained to Jen and Daniele - that she thinks Dustin will vote for her to stay on Thursday. Dick says yes and asks Kail where she got the information from that she wasn't going home last week. Kail says not Eric. Kail says she "had a pretty good idea from Dustin." Jen says she didn't tell her. Kail says that she didn't get the information from Jen.

Jessica and Jameka are in the bathroom area talking about voting. Jessica says, “Even with that questioning it is better to keep him here.” Jessica says that if Eric had something with Jen, he doesn’t anymore. Jameka is doing her normal "mmmhmm” but also adds that he is clinging more to Jessica now and that isn’t a bad thing. Jessica says that she is ...and then doesn't finish the sentence.... then she says, "I'll keep him for now, but.... it's in the back of my mind." Jameka says, "Are we sure that he isn't going to go with the other side?" She is repeating that she figured out that Eric said once that Nick had to go because he was playing with the "bros and girls" and that he was friendly with everyone, but Jameka says that wasn't true about Nick but it is true about Eric. Jessica says, "Yeah...you're right." Jessica begins to brush her teeth. Jameka says, "Hey...he hasn't eaten for 3 days," and Jessica says, "I know. I asked him about it. I keep telling him we are fine, but he is worried." Jameka asks Jessica why she thinks Dick yelled at Dustin last night. Jessica thinks it is because the house is split now. Jameka says, "Yeah, I guess." Jameka comments, "Yet again Zach is just going through the motions and stays another week."

Daniele, Dick, Jen, and Kail are still in the HOH room. Dick continues to talk about how he has brought things out into the open because of the way he is. Kail is still talking about the votes. Jen says if Dick can keep his mouth shut because then they'll vote just in spite of Dick. But Dick says that he has done a lot of things for that group, has hid nothing, and he's been totally honest with everyone and they all know Eric has lied. Dick says that Jameka even brought up the handshake and how Eric is in the perfect place and time and hears the perfect things in the house. Dick says that Dustin and Eric have an agreement and Jameka and Jessica need to realize that. Jen says that she's going to talk to Jessica about that.

2:30pm (PST) - Jameka is showering. After using the toilet, Dick comes out and asks if they can talk today. Jameka says, "Umm today?" and he says, “Yes.” She says, “Well I would rather....” Dick says, “Tomorrow?" Jameka agrees. Dick says he understands and that they can talk tomorrow. Jameka asks if they are going to have a meeting before eviction and Dick says no because Dustin has gone to the other side so he doesn't see the point. Dick goes back to the HOH room. Dick says he talked to Jameka and he says, "We are going to talk tomorrow." Daniele says, “She didn't want to talk today?" Dick says, "No,” and that she asked him about having another meeting. Daniele says, “We aren't going to." Dick explains the reason he gave Jameka on the group not having a meeting. Over the loudspeaker, "Daniele, please come to the Diary Room." Kail heads downstairs to take a shower, but ends up in the room with Eric, Jessica, and Dustin. They talk about the lockdowns this morning (because of the banner planes) and say there are a lot of them again this week. She wonders if this will be an every week occurrence. Kail goes to get ready to take a shower.

2:45pm (PST) - The house is really quiet. In the kitchen, Eric is making waffles for people that want them, but he isn't having any. Dick comes in and says, “They've started again." Eric says, "What?" Dick says, “The banner planes.” Eric answers, “Oh, I think that is the way it will be to the end." Dick says, "I don't. They are about one of the same people that the other one was about!" Eric comments, “Maybe." Dick tells him, “No. Maybe they are."

3:00pm (PST) - The house is still quiet. Everyone is up and out of bed except for Dustin and Jessica. Eric is still making waffles. Dick is cutting potatoes to have for dinner. General chit chat.

3:15pm (PST) - Dick is counting how much food to prepare for dinner - he says, "Five," then, "Six." Jen says, "No. Eight," and Dick says, "No. Six."

Eric goes into the bedroom where Dustin and Jessica are talking about how their "bed day" will be ruined because they have to go outside on lockdown. Jessica says, “We aren't going." They decide that they deserve to stay in bed because Dustin had a hard HOH week and Jessica has been being pulled by the dark side, which is exhausting. Eric tells them what Dick had said in the kitchen about not cooking for two out of three of them. There is some talk about the banner planes again and what Dick is saying about them.

3:35pm (PST) - Big Brother calls for the lockdown and that everyone needs to go outside. Dustin, Jessica, and Eric are in the bedroom - they are really slow to move. They are playing some sort of trivia game - they seem to be having fun. Dustin and Jessica finally get moving and go outside.

Dick and Daniele are on the patio - Dick is explaining what he said to Eric about the banner planes and how he just shut up and walked away when Dick told him he thought they were about the same person.

Jen goes into the big bedroom and starts to pack. Kail asks her why she is doing this and Jen says she's always afraid they will take her stuff. Jen finally gets done and takes her bag with her outside.

3:45pm (PST) - Everyone is outside. Zach is fiddling with his bunny suit. Dick and Daniele are on the couch together. Jameka is doing Amber's hair (more braiding). Eric, Jessica, and Dustin are on the other couch. Kail is just staring. Jessica seems to be in a funk - she is not speaking. Jameka and Jen are discussing America's Choice and hoping it is a phone call from home. Daniele said earlier that the question had been posed already. Zach says when he gets out, he is going to be so lazy. He says when he told his boss where he was going to be, his boss said, “So, you are going to live in a toilet for three months?” Eric asks Zach how soon after he gets out will he go back to work. He starts rambling about it and says, "Two weeks max, minimum five days." Zach starts talking about his DolphinCrash Company. Over the loudspeaker, "Houseguests, the lockdown is over." Dustin, Jessica, and Eric go inside. Jameka is still doing Amber's hair and Jen is watching.

4:10pm (PST) - Dustin and Jessica go back to bed. Dustin says he didn't know what that (the lockdown) was all about. He asks if she saw Daniele's "chipper personality" out there. Dustin asks Jessica what would she be doing outside the house. She explains she gets out of school at 5:00pm, then dances on Tuesday nights.

4:30pm (PST) - Kail and Eric are in the kitchen. She says Dustin is really pushing for him. He says, "It isn't a done deal." Kail says Dustin said it is and Eric says, “No.” He says they both know what they need to do in the next week. He says in his speech he will bring that up for three weeks, they have the same nominations, yet that isn't who they have gone after. Eric says no matter who stays, he thinks Daniele and Dick have sealed their fate. He says he isn't sure what Zach is going to do, it doesn't matter who he votes for, but if he aligns himself with Dick and Daniele, that is a big mistake. He says the number of the people left in the house and the chances of winning are getting better for some, and others have no chance. Eric says it was a bad move for Zach to run around yesterday selling Dustin out. Eric says Dick huffed when Eric offered him a waffle this morning and that Dick had said he's only cooking dinner for six tonight. He says he's not sure who (Dustin, Jessica, or himself) is not invited.

4:40pm (PST) - Dustin and Jessica ask Eric and Kail to please get them some melon (and even told them how they wanted it cut!). Dustin also wants some cereal. Eric jokingly says to Kail in the kitchen, "I hate these people [Dustin and Jessica]. Feel free to use that against me, if you want." Then Eric and Kail serve them in bed. Eric asks Kail if Dick and Daniele are still saying that she [Kail] has her guaranteed four votes. Kail says, "No." Eric asks, "How could they have four yesterday and now only three?" She tells him, "It was a solid four until the POV ceremony, but since then, it's now only three." Eric says, "That's messed up. She [Daniele] promised you on the bar you were safe and now she can't keep that promise."

5:00pm (PST) - Eric tells a story about how drunk he got once upon a time. Zach comes in the room and Eric starts the story over from the beginning for Zach (Zach is sitting on the end of Dustin's bed) - "There's this bar where they sell what they call 'A trashcan of alcohol.' It's like $75 and they just start pouring bottles of liquor into what is like literally a trashcan..."

Kail and Daniele are talking in the kitchen. Daniele tells Kail that Eric hasn't spoken to her since yesterday and if he ever does try to speak to her again she probably won't listen. Daniele also says she doesn't know how she feels about Amber. Kail says, "After the POV ceremony, Amber started to cry and she said Nick should have never gone home." They talk about how Kail was told by Dustin that Zach was going up last week and how shocked Kail was when Nick was put up. Daniele says he did it to take the heat off himself after taking the prizes during POV. She says, "What Dustin did in that POV competition was huge." Kail says, "I'm really worried this week." Daniele says, "It's one vote and everyone in this house knows the truth. Dustin is someone that needs to be dealt with later. I like how everyone is trying to be Nick to Zach all of a sudden. They're so pathetic. I've never been around such a fake group of mean people in my life ever."

5:15pm (PST) - Daniele explains to Kail that Amber came to her every day with something on Nick. She says that made her think - if Nick was playing Amber, when Nick thought of Amber like a sister, then she [Daniele] had to question if Nick was playing her. Kail just listens while Daniele rehashes the story of Nick being put up. Daniele says that although Amber and Dustin are friends, she thinks they are using each other. She relays to Kail how Amber once told her that she [Amber] can get Dustin to do whatever she wants. Dustin comes through the kitchen and Kail says, "We're bored when you're in bed all the time." Daniele tells Kail to go hang out with Dustin and Jessica so they don't suspect anything with the two of them talking.

6:30pm (PST) - Dustin and Jessica are sleeping. Jen and Dick are in the kitchen - Dick is doing dishes - and there is very little conversation going on between them. Jameka comes through on the way outside to look for Amber and mentions that Dustin and Jessica are sleeping. Dick says that he is enjoying today because Jessica and Dustin are sleeping all day and it's quiet without them around - "That's all they do anyway."

7:45pm (PST) - Outside Jen tells Kail, "I still think you're going to stay." Inside, Amber is putting the heat on Dustin to vote Eric out (she puts her foot down and is very aggressive) - "I don't want someone in here that I can't fuckin' trust. Eric's is too fuckin' smart." She tells Dustin that herself and Jameka can't vote him out because they gave him their word and since Dustin didn't give his word, Amber wants him to be the vote that gets him out. She also tells Dustin to go and tell Dick that he will vote Eric out to get back on his good side. Dustin doesn't think it would be that easy after he scorned their family name by saying, "Don't trust the Donato's." Amber is disappointed and goes back to Jameka to have her hair finished braiding.

7:55pm (PST) - Eric says his shark fin hairstyle has got to go. Big Brother wants him to keep it for continuity (so when they edit stuff from the week his hair doesn't keep changing), but Eric's sick of it and wants to cut it tonight.

8:20pm (PST) - Jameka's still working on Amber's hair. Amber confides that she's confused about what to do regarding the vote. Jameka says, "Mmmmm hmmm. Me neither."

Daniele and Jen are setting the table. They say they are not setting the table with two more plates because "those two are not eating." Dick is cooking potatoes. Kail is doing dishes. Jameka is still braiding Amber's hair. Eric is sitting on the couch. Dustin and Jessica are in bed.

Big Brother gave them fourteen beers and three bottles of wine (probably because it has been quiet day!). Over the loudspeaker, "Houseguests, you are not permitted to talk about your diary room conversations......Thank you." Amber says she gets all choked up when the announcer adds a "Thank you" at the end of a message.

9:00pm (PST) - Daniele relates that, while working at Hooters, a woman asked her what the difference was between southern fried chicken and baby back ribs - "My jaw just dropped. I don't even remember if I answered her."

9:15pm (PST) - Jessica and Dustin have been talking about the votes in the bedroom (with the tall beds). They agree that they have to keep Eric in the house and it’s a numbers game. If Dustin had a deal with Jen, she is with the other side now. If he had a deal with Kail, she will be going home. And if he had a deal with Dick and Daniele, after this week it’s over anyway. Dustin tells Jessica that he will be the next target if Eric goes this week. They both agree that the best thing is to vote to keep Eric. Dustin thinks that Eric has done some of the things he has been accused of, but Jessica says it doesn’t matter to her. Jessica tells Dustin that if Dick gets HOH and puts him [Dustin] and Eric up, she will vote Eric out because she doesn’t trust Eric anymore.

Meanwhile, there is general chit chat over dinner.

10:30pm (PST) - In the kitchen, Amber tells Daniele, Jen, Dick, and Kail that she was originally cut from Big Brother, but after two days she was called back and was told that she made the show - they had made a mistake. They start talking about the picture wall. They all agree everyone looks like they're in good moods, except Kail. Amber tells Dick he looks hot in his picture, but "looks like hell in real life." Dick says, "What a bitch!" Amber responds, "I'm just kidding."

Eric, Jessica, and Dustin are in the bedroom (with the tall beds). Jessica asks if people are mad about them and Eric says that "sound travels" and people can hear them making fun of people and demanding they bring them things since they are on their "self-imposed bed prison." Zach comes in and talks about his belly button ring and Jessica asks what made him decide to do it and he says, "Look how big this thing is" (referring to his belly button).

10:50pm (PST) - Zach talks about shaving his chest, telling Dustin he would never have a hairy chest like Dustin's. Dustin says his brother says he doesn't think his chest is that hairy, but says his dad has a forest.

In the dining room, Dick says, "I bet the people watching on Showtime are thrilled with us tonight." Daniele says, "I think its cancelled by now." She jokes that the last show was probably the night that Zach showed everyone his "wiener" when he streaked.

11:20pm (PST) - On the patio, Dick and Daniele speculate on what the Big Brother 8 montages of each houseguest would look like. They figure Dick's montage is him yelling at everyone. Kail asks, "What is mine?" Daniele says, "Being quiet." Daniele says hers will be "eating crap" even though Dick says it will be her and Nick. Daniele says she's cried a lot and asks Kail if she's cried. "Oh my God. I've been on the block for three weeks..." She says when she's in the Diary Room and they ask her about her kids, she cries. Dick says Big Brother told him not to talk about "the voices in his head." (They are referring to the "Dick at Night Show" that he is no longer allowed to do.) Dick says, "I wonder what celebrity has died since we've been here." Kail adds, "Or arrested." They talk about how all the stars go into rehab.

In the bedroom (with the tall beds), Jessica, Zach, Eric, and Dustin are talking about Nick and the night the beers were taken away and other old news.

11:40pm (PST) - Amber tells Jen not to say anything to him (possibly Eric?) and Jen says she won't and "I know you are." Amber says she "has no choice" about her vote
and says, "Jameka gave her word," so both of them are stuck because they won't go back on their word. Amber says that both her and Jameka are confused. Jen says, "Jameka wouldn't do that," and Amber says, "You're right." Jen starts campaigning to have Eric evicted and tells Amber she's scared that he will manipulate her. Amber says, "If Eric finds out we talked, he will go after us if he stays." Jen says the boys in the house are manipulative and "Why is Dustin fighting so hard for Eric?" Amber says, "Dustin thinks he's a good guy." Jen says, "I know Eric doesn't think Dustin is." Jen is really working Amber about Eric. Then Jen says, "I dont hide my emotions. I really don't have emotions for myself or other people." Amber says, "People show it different ways."

12:00am (PST) - Amber and Jen are in the kitchen area. Jen says she's so mad that Evil Dick wasn't sent home. She says, "Kail is cool and all but she's the type of friend you'd go on a trip with for two weeks and want to kill." Jen says she likes Jessica and thinks she could like Daniele - "because if Nick liked her that much then she must not be that bad. She also says she likes Jameka and, "sometimes I like Dustin and sometimes I don't." She says something is not right - it makes her concerned. Jen says, "It doesn't matter who goes home to Dustin because he's set up with everyone." Zach enters singing. Jen puts her bunny ears on.

Kail tells Dick and Daniele that this is her best week here, because Dick has backed off of her, and she's probably going home. Daniele says, "See? We're not bad people." Daniele tells Kail, "It's not over until Julie Chen says so." Kail asks what Dick's gut feeling is and he says he doesn't know but "it will be close either way." He says he will talk to Jessica tomorrow and will tell her what Amber said about swearing on her daughter's life - "it will be easy to fix." Daniele warns her to be kind to Jessica and that Jessica's buttons are easily pushed.

12:45am (PST) - Jen tells Dick and Daniele about the time she was on Wheel of Fortune - "If you're ever on it, don't by a 'U.' They're worthless." Dick asks how she got on the show if she is an employee of Vanna White. Jen says she didn't know them at the time. She was only eighteen and going to college. The Wheel of Fortune truck came to her college and they wanted to use her on the show. Later, she was working as Vanna's ex-husband's personal assistant. She liked their kids and the kids kept wanting to hang out with her, so Vanna asked if she could pay her to be with the kids. Jen tells them at first she said no because she didn't want to be responsible for the kids, but Vanna insisted and the rest is nanny history. Danielle talks about looking forward to writing her HOH Blog. She says she still doesn't know what she's going to say to her boyfriend. She says she has a lot to say to different people and she's been thinking about it since Thursday. Jen asks if she thinks her boyfriend is mad at her. (Awkward silence) Daniele finally says, "No." She also says she won't have a home when she gets out of the house. Her lease will be up when she gets out and they aren't renewing it - "I'll be a free spirit." She's thinking about maybe traveling for a month - it'd be a perfect time. Her boyfriend is going to move back in with his parents to save money to pay bills off and he's going to pack her stuff up for her.

1:14am (PST) - Dick and Amber are talking in the kitchen. Amber says she made a promise on hers daughter's life and he tells her, "You can always change her mind." He tells her, "I found out a lot of bullshit since then." Amber says she'll get him next week and pay him back for what he did to Nick. Dick is telling her that she made a promise before she found out all of the correct information. He tells her she can change her mind. Both are saying that they don't lie about anything. Dick rehashes the whole Dustin/Dick fight from the other night. Amber explains the way Dustin's acting, "Eric has been getting into his ear." Dick starts ranting about Dustin's trust and his POV prizes. He says, "If I get HOH, he's going up." He talks about Dustin treating Daniele like shit when he's really mad at him [Dick]. He says, "What have I ever done to Dustin?...I've never done anything to him to make him not trust me." Amber says that Jen has talked to her a lot about not trusting Dustin. Amber says, "I swore on my daughter." Dick says, "His manipulations and lies give you the right to change your mind. Eric is totally and completely full of shit." Daniele comes out, "Am I interrupting?" Amber says, "I don't know what I'm going to do..." Then Amber says she's devastated and it makes her sick that she would team up with Eric to get Nick out of the house. Amber starts complaining that she got blamed for Nick.

2:40am (PST) - Amber promises Dick that one way or another, Eric will be voted out this week. Amber says that she promised on her daughter's life that she won't vote Eric out and she can't break that promise but she promises she will get Dustin to vote Eric out and if there's a problem, she will go back on the promise she made on her daughter's life and she will cast the vote to evict.

3:00am (PST) - Dustin and Amber are in the bathroom talking. Amber is telling Dustin that Eric needs to go. Amber says that it's as clear as day and for the first time, she thinks her head is back in the game. Dustin is listening, but putting up the defensive side to keep Eric for the numbers. Amber is saying that they have the numbers now - that Dick and Daniele have nothing against them. Amber thinks Eric is trying to get Dustin and Amber against each other so he needs to go. Amber also states that if Eric gets HOH, he'll either put up Dick and Daniele or Amber and Dustin. Dustin says he'll put up Dick and Daniele, but Amber thinks it could happen either way. Dustin argues that Dick has said so many horrible things about her so why listen to Dick and Amber says she'll have to ask Dick about it. Amber clearly states that she wants to vote Eric out, but can’t. Dustin says that he’ll vote Eric out, so that Amber won’t have to go back on her word. Amber says, "Do you promise?" and they agree to go outside to talk to Dick and Daniele. Dustin tells Amber to let him lead the conversation.

Dustin joins the patio party and a lot of misunderstandings are cleared up. One big misunderstanding was during Daniele's nomination ceremony - Daniele pulled out Dustin's key first and said, "Thanks for keeping me safe last week." Dustin says he considered that a slap in the face. Daniele asks, "Why?" Dustin says he thought she meant it in the reverse. Dustin talks about another misunderstanding that Daniele made a deal with Kail during the HOH Competition and that Eric and himself were targets.

3:20am (PST) - They all are pretty calm. Even Dick is speaking at a quiet tone. Dustin apologizes again for how he's treated Daniele this week, but says he feels victimized for Nick leaving last week. Dick says, "I'm embarrassed and pissed off how I have been manipulated like that. I had an epiphany and realized that Eric was continuing putting people against each other." Dustin says, "I'll vote Eric out, so Amber won't go back on her word." Amber says, "Are you sure?" Dustin responds, "Yes, I will." Amber says, "I know you will." Dick tries to explain his theory on why Amber's word can be turned around. Dick says that Amber made that promise when Eric was lying. Amber says that she will vote him out because when she promised, she didn't know all this other stuff and she'll vote him out to make it a five vote. She says that Eric needs to leave. Amber says she's afraid if she does, Eric will say in interviews and to Julie Chen that she went against her daughter. Dustin says he'll vote him out so that doesn't happen. Dick asks Dustin if they still have their agreement and Dustin says yes and they slap hands together. Dustin apologizes again to them for how he's been acting and that he didn't realize all that Eric was doing. Daniele says that honestly, she likes Eric but he needs to go. Dustin says it's not personal, it's strategic. Amber says, "Dustin, do you promise to vote Eric out?" Dustin says, "I promise, I promise." Amber says, "Should I vote, too, to make sure he leaves?" Dustin says, "No. Do you trust me?" Amber responds, "Yes. I do." Dustin says, "Okay. Then cool it girl." Amber says, "You know what will happen if you don't?" Dustin replies, "I know." Amber confirms, "Eric will still be here."

3:35am (PST) - Amber and Daniele leave to use the bathroom and Dustin again apologizes to Dick about how he's been acting towards Daniele. They continue to talk as the girls come out and they all hug. Amber says, “My goodbye message is going to be fuckin' awesome.” Dick says, “Eric has played this game like a piece of shit.” Dustin says, “He's playing it really smart. Not even like a piece of shit. You're supposed to play the game.” Amber says, “But he's been outplayed.” Dick says, “Eric is a really, really good Joe.” Dustin points out, “Why don't we know about any of Eric's relationships?” Amber says, “Eric said what should he do if he gets HOH and pictures of his girlfriend pop up.” Dick says, “That's because he's been playing Jessica. His girlfriend stays here.” Amber responds, “No, Eric says she went back.” Dick says, “Oh, really. He said he was going to hang out with her.” Amber repeats, “No, she isn't here.” Dick points out, “Well, how does he know that? Did they tell him in the Diary Room?” Amber is mad, “Wow! What a fucker! What a weasel!” Daniele adds, “How sad.” Dick agrees, “That's the word for it. That's sad.” Daniele says, “But we listened to him and put up with it.”

4:25am (PST) - Dick, Amber, Daniele, and Dustin are still in the backyard on the patio. The conversation is basically the same. They go over who needs to leave next and in what order. Dick asks Dustin who he'd rather go home first - Jen or Zach? Dustin answers, "Jen because there are too many girls in the house." All of them agree that Kail can stay for a couple more weeks but in about three to four weeks (when her no HOH term is up), she needs to go just in case so she can't move forward. They all continue to bash Eric. Daniele repeats herself quite a few times how she's so happy about the look on Amber's face. Amber hasn't stopped smiling since they agreed to vote Eric out. She says she's so excited and can't stop. Daniele hopes that if the vote is 4-3, with Eric leaving, that Julie Chen scares everyone by saying: "By a vote of 4-3, Kail, you are safe. Eric, you have been evicted from the Big Brother house." They talk about what they want to say in their goodbye messages to Eric and how they should act at the live show when Eric gets evicted. Daniele says they should all gasp in shock and everyone laughs. They even say they're happy that they're "one big little family again." Dick says, “If Jessica wins HOH this week, my ass is up.” Dustin says, “Karma rules this house. If Eric leaves, Jessica will win HOH.” Amber repeats over and over that she's so happy. She says, “This is the highest I've been in this house.” They all think that when Eric gets out of the house he will be obsessed with the show, watching it on TV and the feeds, and they even think that Eric will go on the message boards and talk a lot of trash. They wonder if Nick is all into the show, but don't think he's crazy over it. Daniele says she forgot to ask him before he left. Daniele says they can ask him next week when America votes him back in the house. Daniele has said quite a few times that she thinks Nick is coming back. Whether she believes this, or it's wishful thinking, she's still saying it. Daniele says, “Are you going to tell Jessica what's up?” Dustin says, “I'm going to tell her tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow night.” Daniele adds, “I don't care.” Dick says, “Maybe we should have another meeting." They bash Eric more and bring up past happenings with Eric and theories around them.

4:55am (PST) - Jessica and Eric are in bed together talking. Eric just whispered something in Jessica's ear and Jessica replies, “Are you worried?” (A lot more whispering so nothing can be heard.) Eric whispers again and Jessica says something about Daniele and that he should go ask her. Eric sounds worried as he just said someone (maybe Dustin) told him to wait there for a minute and that was over three hours ago.

Dustin and Amber just told Dick and Daniele goodnight as they are heading to be now - they hug in the kitchen. They head to the bathroom to talk. Amber says that Dick and Daniele need to believe Dustin will vote Eric out. Amber tells Dustin how much she was sticking up for him out there and he thanks her. They're now headed to the bedroom. Eric and Jessica pretend to be asleep. No movement at all from either of them. Dustin and Amber hug, say goodnight, and Dustin lays down in the big bed as Amber goes into the little bedroom. Amber says, “Jameka, are you awake?” Jameka responds, "Yeah." Amber says, “I need to tell you something.” Jameka replies, “Let's go.” They head out to the bathroom.

Eric is very worried now because Amber just left with Jameka. He had his arm around Jessica, but she nudged it off.

5:05am (PST) - Amber tells Jameka about her talk with Jen, then Dick, then Dick and Daniele. She talks about her talk with Dustin and then their talk altogether. Jameka asks who they're going to put up next week and Amber says Kail and Jen again, and get rid of Jen or Zach. Amber is very happy and has a very big smile on her face. Amber reassures Jameka that Dick and Daniele won't be mad if the two of them (keep their words and) vote to keep Eric. Amber tells Jameka that she told them [Dick and Daniele] that they have learned their lessons about not promising things like that anymore. Jameka says, “This is crazy. Do you have a good feeling about this?” Amber responds, “Yes. I'm on such a high right now.” Amber talks about how Eric brought up the fact that Amber swore on her daughter's life to Dustin and Dustin thought that was wrong. They hug. Jameka seems very happy about all of this. Dick walks in and him and Jameka hug. Daniele runs in and hugs Jameka as well. Then it's hug fest with Daniele, Dick, Jameka, and Amber. Jameka is telling them how stressed out she was. Jameka says she's elated - “You know who's going to be really happy? Kail!” Dick says, “I'm going to wake her up to tell her.” Dick goes into the bedroom (with the round beds) to wake Kail up and tell her the news. Kail says, “Who is this?” Dick responds, “Dick.” Kail says, “Oh, hi you.” Dick says, “You're staying.” Kail says, “Are you sure?” Dick says, “I'm positive.” Kail repeats, “Are you sure? Dick also repeats, “I'm positive.” Kail says, “Oh, my God.” Dick says, “It's done.” Kail says, "Thank you." Dick says, “Jameka and Amber are sticking to their word, but Dustin is voting Eric out. Everyone is up doing happy dances. They've never been this happy about an eviction before.” Kail only says, “Wow.”

5:30am (PST) - Dick joins the bathroom group again. Dustin doesn’t think Jessica will understand. Jameka thinks she will because she's smart. Dustin says, “Don't worry about your word. I'll do my part.” Jameka thinks it’s unbelievable and another example of karma in the house. Daniele says, “We knew you were going to say that.” Jameka says, “I don't think Eric should know. He'll plant seeds.” Dustin says, “Jessica won't tell Eric.” Daniele asks, “Are you sure?” Jameka adds, “Jen won't fall for it. Eric is already planting seeds in her." Dustin and Amber go to bed. Jameka, Daniele, and Dick continue to talk in the bathroom.

Dustin and Jessica are whispering in the bedroom. Eric is no longer in Jessica's bed. Dustin lays down in the other bed. Jessica gets up and goes to the dresser, but lays right back down.

Back in the bathroom, Daniele talks about how she wanted Jameka to get out of the POV earlier than she did so those bad things didn't happen to her. Dick explains to Jameka what their plan was after nominations and for the POV. Jameka says that the five HOHs is what she's upset about. She says she didn't care about the funk, but the slop would have been bad as well. The three of them move to the kitchen to eat and continue talking.

6:00am (PST) - Jessica joins them in the kitchen. Daniele names Zach and Kail as the "SAA - Sleep All day Alliance." No game talk going on. Dick goes to the bathroom. Daniele is sitting at the bar with Jameka and Jessica at the dining room table. Jessica is talking about how she was sleeping and then woke up and saw Eric sitting there by her bed. Dick and Daniele head off to bed, leaving Jameka and Jessica talking about Eric. Jessica says that Eric is getting weirder and weirder every day. Jessica says when Eric tried to put his arm around her, she said no because he wasn't in there for that. Jameka tells Jessica she would vote Eric out if she didn't give him her word. Jessica tells Jameka that Dustin wants to talk to her [Jessica] later today. Jameka explains to Jessica about how Daniele was trying to help her in the POV Competition to get her out early so she didn't have to do anything bad. Jameka says, “We shall see.” Jessica says, “Yeah. I want Kail out finally.” Jameka says, “Yeah. Did you give Eric your word, or just say you have nothing to worry about?” Jessica responds, “I said 'you have nothing to worry about'.” Amber comes out of the Diary Room and joins Jessica and Jameka in the dining room. She sits down and Jessica is explaining to Amber what she already told Jameka about Eric in her bed. Amber says, “Do you know what's going on?” Jessica replies, “No.” Amber asks her, “Oh, Dustin said he's going to talk to you tomorrow?” Jessica replies, “Yeah. Is he going?” Amber says, with a big smile on her face, “Yes.” Jessica says, “That's fine.” Amber explains that they're keeping their word and Dustin is voting Eric out and the Late Night Crew is reuniting. Amber asks Jessica if she's mad and she replies, "No." Amber moves over to the table and they continue to talk about Eric. Jessica even adds that she feels stupid.
