1:10pm (PST) - Dick goes out to the patio to smoke a cigarette. Zach is making breakfast. Eric, Jessica, Amber, and Jameka are still in bed. Daniele takes a shower, then goes to her room and digs a pair of jeans out of her laundry bag.
1:20pm (PST) - Jameka is up and around and Amber soon follows. Jameka goes up to the HOH room to check on Eric and Jessica and sees that they are still sleeping.
1:30pm (PST) - Amber is in bed reading Jameka's Bible. Dick is eating cereal. Jameka is getting dressed. Daniele is dressed and getting something to eat. Eric and Jessica are still in bed sleeping. Dick coughs up a lung, while Zach asks Jameka if they are awake upstairs. She says they weren't when she went up there. He asks if she was "the chaperone." She indignantly says, “Chaperone?” Then Daniele says, “Did you hear we're going on lockdown at 3pm?” Dick says he doesn't know what happened to the mop - he knows what happened to the first one - but doesn't know what happened to this one and it would be nice to have a mop. Daniele changes into her second outfit of the day, while Amber is still reading in bed. Zach says he's going to take a shower. Jameka comes into the Kitchen for something to eat. Still no sign of Jessica and Eric. Daniele changes into her third outfit of the day.
1:50pm (PST) - The houseguests are on an outdoor lockdown. Jessica and Eric brought some cereal out with them and some are complaining about the clouds today. Dick says they've all been spoiled because they have only had two days of clouds. They pretend to be the Big Brother voice, talking to non-existent houseguests.
2:00pm (PST) - General chit chat.
3:15pm (PST) - Eric is chewing his nails. Jameka and Amber are on the couch. Daniele looks like she's napping.
3:40pm (PST) - The outdoor lockdown is over. Jessica is napping in the HOH room. Eric is sleeping in his own bed in the little bedroom. Amber, Dick, and Jameka are outside. Amber says she's miserable.
4:40pm (PST) - Amber is in bed reading the Bible and playing with her necklace. Jameka is sunbathing. Dick is smoking on the patio. Daniele, Eric, Jessica, and Zach are sleeping.
CBS SHOW - THE LUXURY COMPETITION & NOMINATION CEREMONY

6:00pm (PST) - Zach is working out. Dick is in the Diary Room. Daniele is making cookies. Amber is reading the Bible.
Jameka is in the HOH room with Jessica. She brings up the fact that when she came upstairs to say goodnight last night, that she saw Dick and Daniele in there. Jameka questions Jessica about why she doesn't take one of them out. Jessica says she doesn't feel threatened by them. Jessica does not tell Jameka about the kiss. Jessica asks Jameka what she thinks about what Jen told Amber as she was leaving [referring to Eric's exgirlfriend, Sheryl]. Jameka says she thinks Jen was just mad at Eric, but later says that maybe Eric does have a girlfriend, saying, "He did use to talk to Jen a lot." Jessica says, "Yes. That's why it's so hard to trust anyone." Jameka tells Jessica, "Jen told me before she left, that Dick, Daniele, Eric, and you were going to the Final Four together, so what does she know." Jessica only says, "Hmmmm.." Jameka brings up the fight that Dick and Daniele had and asks Jessica if she thought it was real or not. Jameka says she thinks it could have been real because Dick's eyes were red, from crying.
7:00pm (PST) - Everyone is in the Kitchen, except Eric [who was called to the Diary Room]. Daniele is still making cookies. Jameka and Dick are making tacos. The topics of conversation are all over place. Daniele insists there's a Taco Bell that puts excrement in their chili and.. [cut]. Jessica tells everyone about her brother getting banned from the Silver Dollar Arcades and Dick says he got banned from Knott's Berry Farm for sneaking in. Zach says he's never been to Knott's Berry Farm and Daniele says she went their for Halloween and it was too crowded and just fog machines.
7:45pm (PST) - The houseguests sit down at the Dining Room table to eat tacos and cookies for dinner. General chit chat about childhood experience, etc.
8:15pm (PST) - Zach and Amber are on kitchen duty. The others are still sitting around the Dining Room table. Idle chit chat continues. A lot of laughter tonight about silly stuff. The air is very light in the house tonight.
8:30pm (PST) - Amber is up in the HOH room trying to talk Jessica into putting up Dick or Daniele. Amber says she wants to see "good people" win the game. Amber only sees herself, Jessica, Jameka, and Eric as good people, "I'd really like to see us in the final four." Amber says Jessica should put Dick and Daniele up while she can, she may never have an opportunity to do this again. Amber tells her to get Daniele out, because she's such a strong competitor, "And I know next week is going to be an endurance competition.. and you don't want her in here for that.. Yeah.. I just know it's going to be endurance.." Jessica tells Amber that she's not the target and says she should really talk to Eric to see if he plans on using the POV. Amber tells her, "Thank you," and says she feels so much better. Amber leaves and soon after Jessica slips away to tip off Eric, who is taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom. Eric jokes that he'll have to wear no pants to the POV Ceremony tomorrow, as he has no clean clothes because the washer has been broken for a few days. [The houseguests were told it will be fixed tomorrow.] Jessica received her laundry back today (done for her as HOH).
9:30pm (PST) - Amber tells Eric she spoke to Jessica earlier and told Jessica she wasn't mad about being nominated, but really doesn't want to give her vote to someone like Dick at the end. She still considers them a group (Amber / Eric / Jessica / Jameka). She doesn't understand why she was put up this week, but isn't mad about it. She asks Eric if he will use the POV this week and says she knows it will put him in a bad spot. She starts to cry and says she doesn't know what Dick and Daniele are capable of - if they'll convince everyone to vote her out. She doesn't know where she stands and says Jessica told her if it's a tie, she'll send Zach home. Eric says from a strategic standpoint, everyone is leaving Jameka alone since she can't play HOH. He says he doesn't like that point of view, but that's the way people play. He thinks by taking herself out of a power position, Jameka actually helped herself by giving up the five HOHs. He has mixed feelings about the POV and is against the concept of backdooring someone, but sometimes it's required, as in the Jen situation since she got herself off every time she was up. Eric says this is the last week that someone can be backdoored anyway so it won't be a consideration anymore, but from a moral standpoint, he didn't like backdooring. He goes over his general perspective of the game in a long, drawn-out way, but hasn't answered her question as to whether or not he will use it. He says if he uses it, someone will have to be backdoored. Eric rehashes the Dustin eviction, etc. He says he feels that having Dick here keeps himself and Jessica from being a target. Amber says she doesn't feel threatened by him and Jessica as partners. She says she's not trying to throw Dick and Daniele under the bus and asks him not to tell them. She thinks leaving Dick and Daniele here is scary and points out that she and Jameka won't come after Eric and Jessica. She says, "Wouldn't you rather have someone like me around that you can trust? The only ones that would target you IS Dick and Daniele, so wouldn't it be better to keep me around?" She gives him her word that she would not put him or Jessica up if she ever got HOH. Eric says he agrees with Amber, but he feels for himself and talks about how he almost left. Eric talks in circles about him being a target and not sure if he can win HOHs to protect himself. Amber seems confused, as she is trying to convince him to get rid of those that are targeting him. Eric says he looks at all sides of things and tells Amber she will be harder to be against at the end, but he would rather see her win over Zach. Then he adds he would much rather see himself win over both of them. He tells her about Zach's presentation when he campaigned to Jessica hoping not to be nominated. He understands how previous HOHs let Zach slide with his great presentation and agreements. Eric says he would hate to see Zach have a free pass to the end. He says Zach is a bumbling moron and doesn't have the relationships in the house that he should at this point.
10:00pm (PST) - Jessica wants to re-evaluate keeping their word with the Donatos, "I've been thinking about this whole thing.. but how can we trust them? I mean what's preventing them from putting us up next week?" Eric feels that other than Jessica, the only person he trusts is Jameka and since she can't play for three more weeks, that trust isn't of much value to them in the game. Eric doesn't trust Amber. Eric says Jessica looks upset, "So if you want, we'll spend the rest of the night talking about it. As I see it, I think I'll be lobbying on behalf of our original plan, but I want to hear what you have to say and I want you to be comfortable with your decision." He goes on to say, "You know, for better or worse, we made an agreement with them." Jessica responds, "Yeah, but we had an agreement with Dustin too."
10:30pm (PST) - Zach goes up to the HOH room to talk with Eric and Jessica.
On the patio - Jameka is sitting on the couch with her hair dryer on - Daniele is in the corner - Amber is sitting with her legs open and feet up on the couch, complaining. Amber tells Jameka about Eric and Jessica not letting Zach in the HOH room to talk when they were up there, but when Daniele went up, they let her right in. She says, "I know they're in an alliance. I just know it. Whatever." No sooner was that said, Jessica comes outside and Amber puts on a fake smile, saying, "Hi, girl." Jessica sits down and covers herself with a blanket. Amber talks about Zach telling her he wasn't campaigning and why was she. She says she told him she was just having a nice talk with Eric about how she wanted to stay, "What am I supposed to do? Just lay down and die?" Dick joins the group on the couch and Jessica says, "Good morning." They rehash previous competitions and houseguests.
11:05pm (PST) - Eric's meeting with Zach comes to an end and everyone sets up for beer pong. The houseguests got eighteen beers and a bottle of wine.
11:30pm (PST) - The game continues, while Jameka messes with her hair. Then they move on to play Zooma Zooma.
11:35pm (PST) - Zach suggests a new game, called "Chandelier." He explains they should try it "and if it totally sucks," they can play something else. Dick tells a story about when he was in jail for DUI and says some guy came up to him and said, "I'll give you my bread for your beets." Dick continues to tell everyone about his jail experience's in Riverside, LA County, and Hollywood jails. He says about the one in Hollywood [for DUI], “I was hammered and I was almost at the club when I was pulled over." Zach continues with the new game "Chandelier" [sometimes called "Speed Quarters"]. Jameka is still fussing with her hair and it looks like she may be close to finishing.
11:50pm (PST) - Chandelier didn't work out, as they were trying to play with a quarter and a nickel. They liked the game, so they ask the Diary Room for another quarter and were told "they are looking and will get back to them." They decide to play Quarters with Dare. For example, Zach has to oink and Eric has to suck his thumb. They play Spin the [wine] Bottle Prediction Game as well. Amber asks, "Who will be evicted next week?" and it points to her twice.
12:05am (PST) - The Quarters game continues, as well as Spin the Bottle. General chit chat.
12:15am (PST) - Both games continue and the houseguests are getting louder.
12:30am (PST) - The beer seems to be running low - Dick says, “That's all the beer? That's impossible!” There is one bottle of wine left.
12:40am (PST) - Zach gets called to the Diary Room and everyone tells him, "Ask for a quarter," and he says, "I will." The houseguests decide they have tasks they must complete. Jameka tells Dick that for every quarter he makes, he must go to Jen’s picture and say something along the lines of, “Oh Jen.” Some others are Eric has removed his shirt and say "I'm horny for Dick,” and Jameka has to lift her shirt and say, “Carol has bigger boobs than me.” They do this every round.
12:45am (PST) - Zach is still in the Diary Room. Eric is still waiting to get his America's Choice task for tonight. Jameka exclaims, "Carol has bigger boobs than me. "
12:55am (PST) - Amber asks if people on the Internet see the POV Competition and Eric responds, "No, but they know about it.. and talk about it." Zach comes out of the Diary Room and asks, “Are we still playing?" Amber gets called to the Diary Room. Jameka tells her, “Be quick my dear," and Amber replies, "I will."
1:10am (PST) - Zach says, "That's disturbing," as Dick runs over to tongue Jen's picture [on the memory wall] and tells her, "I miss you." They tell Zach every time Amber talks, he has to say, “The bottle doesn't lie. You are going home on Thursday." They continue to play Dare Quarters.
1:15am (PST) - Amber is still in the Diary Room. Dick and Eric talk in the bathroom, just small talk. Dick whispers something and then says, "I'll ask because I know I'll be called next to the Diary Room." They laugh about "the bottle doesn't lie." Dick starts laughing about Amber saying "keep the good people in." Eric tells Dick about Zach's promises during their talk. They laugh. They go back to sit at the Dining Room table, as Zach says, "The bottle doesn't lie."
1:30am (PST) - Amber comes out of the Diary Room and Zach says, “The bottle never lies. You're going home on Thursday," and keeps saying it. Daniele adds, "I - one hundred percent - agree. That's that.” Every time Amber talks, Zach says it again. Amber finally says, "Fuck you! Who told him to say that?"
1:35am (PST) - Eric gets called to the Diary Room. Zach says he's only playing for a little while longer. Dick says, “This is the most fun we've had in the house in a while.”
1:55am (PST) - Eric is still in the Diary Room. Zach is getting cranky, as it is way past his bedtime. They continue to play Dare Quarters.
2:00am (PST) - Eric comes out of the Diary Room and goes to the bathroom, while Dick says, "Julie hates my guts." Amber asks, "How do you know?" and Dick responds, “From the questions I’m asked.”
2:45am (PST) - The Dare Quarters game comes to an end.
3:25am (PST) - Daniele went to bed, as did Zach.
Eric, Jessica, and Dick are in the hot tub talking about their alliance name. There's some flirting between Jessica and Eric. Dick says these remaining dorks must not have a clue of what is going on since they continue to campaign for themselves.
Amber and Jameka are whispering - Amber is campaigning for Jameka to talk to Jessica about Eric using the POV on her. She says to tell Jessica something about how she [Jessica] doesn't want to be sitting next to Daniele in the end. Amber goes to bed and Jameka goes to the Living Room to read her Bible. Amber gets out of bed to go back to the Living Room to continue her plea. She's tells Jameka she's convinced that Eric is playing her. She warns her that if she goes to that jury house, she'll get Dustin and Jen to vote whatever way she does. She wants Jameka to take it to the point where it almost seems that she is turning on Daniele, for Jessica’s sake. Amber says that Jessica loves Jameka, "You don't see it? Oh yeah.. she's obsessed with you." Then, she goes back to bed.
The camera shows Eric, Jessica, and Dick still in the hot tub talking.
Amber gets up for a second time to review with Jameka more of what Eric said to her. She tells Jameka that he said no one, with the exception of Jameka, wants to go up with Amber at the end because she would win. It seems that her point is that Eric thinks more highly of her than Jessica and she thinks Jessica should know that.
Outside, Eric and Jessica leave Dick in the hot tub and go inside. Jessica goes upstairs, trading shout-outs with Jameka from the balcony. She gets in bed and leaves the lights on. Eric goes in the bathroom and Dick soon follows.
Jameka sits up and looks at balcony, as if debating. She asks Eric if he minds if she goes up there. He says, "It's okay," and she goes. She tells Jessica [as she was told by Amber] that she's telling this without Amber's permission, but Amber thinks that Eric is playing Jessica. She tells Jessica that Eric said she was a "fucking whore." Then they have a general conversation about whether or not Eric will use the POV on Amber. Eric joins them soon after, so the discussion ends.
4:00am (PST) - Dick fixes his bed, while he gives a shout-out to all his friends in Ireland. He hopes they're watching the show and enjoying his antics as much as they do in real life. He says hello to Ernesto and Orlando, Kaitlin and Lisa. He turns off the lights and rolls into bed.
In the HOH room, the conversation has turned to light chit chat.
4:20am (PST) - Jameka leaves the HOH room and Eric asks Jessica if she's still okay with him not using the POV and she says, “Yeah.” They talk about the other houseguests saying, Jameka picks her scabs and Zach doesn't wash his hands after going to the bathroom.
4:35am (PST) - It's quiet in the HOH room.
4:40am - 5:40am (PST) - All houseguests are sleeping except Dick and Daniele, who are sitting on the patio discussing past seasons. Daniele says she would hate to come in third or fourth place and then be stuck in sequester with all the people she hates. Dick tells her the final veto is the most important. There are many long silences.
6:25am (PST) - All houseguests are sleeping.
